My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“After interviewing several contractors, we are so glad we hired Steve and his crew to completely rebuild and expand our 1950s kitchen in our 1920s fixer-upper. Steve was incredibly detail oriented, yet flexible and patient in working with and advising us as we designed most of the kitchen and small addition project ourselves. He did everything possible to be respectful of our budget, even as we ran into a few (to be expected in an older home) small surprises. His advice was invaluable, and responsiveness immediate. Moreover, he agreed to work with our plumber with whom we are friends and already felt very comfortable with working on our home. His other subcontractors, including work on tile, plastering, and electrical, were all as pleasant and reliable as Steve himself. Steve was omnipresent; always making sure the job got done right no matter what stage it was in. Steve always made sure to make any touch ups needed after the subcontractors finished their work. Steve and his crew were not only nice to have around, but created a safe and even fun atmosphere while we lived through this major renovation and necessary disruption in our home. With their diligent work, we went from a cramped, awkward, and outdated kitchen, to one we love and doubles as both functional and sorely needed social space that our modest home previously lacked. Steveworks turned our ideas into such a great kitchen that we promptly hired them to completely renovate our dated bathroom. Steve worked with us, our sometimes quirky house, and a very tight budget to give us a dramatically improved space. We highly recommend Steveworks to anyone who is considering hiring a contractor. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances.
