“We have trusted Sandmark Custom Homes with two major home remodels, and we did not hesitate to hire them again for a third project. Our first remodel completely transformed the top level of our home. The project included reconfiguring the main living, dinning, and kitchen area, building a beautiful custom bookcase wall with fireplace, remodeling the primary bedroom and bathroom, and replacing all of the mechanical systems and insulation on the top level. The craftsmanship and attention to detail resulted in a space that is both functional and beautiful. The second remodel focused on the mid-level of our home. This project included a complete remodel of the primary bathroom, replacement of all mechanical systems on that level, and installation, ceiling, and lighting of the underpinning beneath the house. Once again, the quality of the work met our expectations. As with any project of this size, we had a few items that required follow-up, but what mattered most to us was that they stood behind their work, responded to our concerns, and worked to resolve the issues. Large remodels are complex, and no project is entirely without challenges. Based on the quality of their craftsmanship, their willingness to address issues after completion, and our overall experience, we plan to use them again for our third major remodel this fall.
