Working with Matt during the design and planning phase was a pleasure. He was always responsive to my questions, encouraged me to visit the showroom to review options, and was incredibly patient throughout the process. He even brought samples to my home so I could see how everything would look in the actual space, which was extremely helpful in making decisions. Once the agreement was finalized, the project transitioned smoothly to Malik, the project manager, who provided a clear understanding of the timeline and how the work would be managed. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. Danny, who was on-site throughout the project, was especially attentive and accommodating. He listened carefully to any concerns and allowed me to make on-the-spot decisions when needed, which made the process feel collaborative and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciated was that they did not begin demolition until all materials were received and ready for delivery. This allowed us to continue using our kitchen and avoided having the space torn apart for weeks waiting on supplies. Once construction began, the project moved quickly, but the speed never came at the expense of quality. There was one issue where the cabinets were initially installed with incorrect measurements for our new stove. I brought it to Malik’s attention, and by the very next morning the problem had already been corrected. Their responsiveness and commitment to getting things right gave me a lot of confidence in the company. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team. “Excellent work! This project was a kitchen re-build after a (catastrophic) leak that spread to the wall and caused us to have to rebuild the whole room. Decided to see this as an opportunity to upgrade. They added significant storage, fixed old electrical insufficiencies, optimized my vented exhaust and made it extremely pretty and functional. They previously built an additional basement bathroom for us, finishing out our existing basement--that was more than 5 years ago, so I know their work is standing up to use. Communication was good, and I'm a needy client--requiring feedback and advice because construction/design is not my strong suit. Would definitely recommend.”
