“We first got to know Bill in 2020 after purchasing a house that had "great bones" but could use some upgrades. Bill immediately stood out versus the competition based on his attention to detail and willingness to spend time with us talking about our vision and needs. I still remember him crawling up in our attic on our first meeting! We have now completed several projects with Tier 1 including a complete interior remodel, done over two phases (e.g. tearing down walls, installing a brand new kitchen, new bathrooms, etc.--the whole works), as well as outdoor projects to improve the driveway flow and installing a brand new deck w/canopy and pergola system. I appreciate that Bill and his team are always willing to take on creative projects and will work to find a solution, the canopy system being a good example of something that no other outdoor/landscaping companies that we talked to were willing to do. In addition we have been able to call Bill when house problems have cropped up over the years, and Tier 1 has always helped even for minor things that weren't part of big projects we already had contracted with him. The most recent example was that our A/C unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year... we couldn't get any local companies to come out quickly but Bill was able to refer us to someone who could come by immediately and the entire problem was fixed by the next day. My husband and I are not very handy people and it always gives us peace of mind that we have someone we can call that we trust! Thanks to Bill and team!”

“We worked with Catalyst Construction over the past year on our kitchen remodel. What really stood out from the beginning is how responsive, helpful and transparent they were. Initially, we struggled to come up with our plan and the direction we wanted to go with our project. Natalie, Alex and team were extremely patient, kept coming up with solutions (and many adjusted quotes!) and really stood apart from anyone else we spoke with, which was ultimately why we decided to work with them. Our project manager Doug was great. He kept everything on track, made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to fix anything that wasn't top notch. The subcontractors and rest of the Catalyst team working on our project were also very professional and solution oriented (Devon, UB Cabinets, etc.). We lived in our house during the project and were pleasantly surprised how quickly and smoothly the construction went. I would highly recommend Catalyst for remodeling and would use them again on a future project.”
