“We had a great experience with Smart Renovations from start to finish. We renovated our main floor, including the kitchen, dining area, powder room, and staircase. The project included new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, baseboards and casings, painting and popcorn ceiling removal, as well as completely updating the stairs, railings, and pickets. What stood out to us most was how organized the whole process was. Tina and her team were very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the renovation. We were given clear timelines and deadlines, and the pricing was detailed and upfront, which made it much easier to plan everything without worrying about unexpected surprises. The consistency of the work was also a big plus. There weren’t long breaks or gaps in the project. The team was pretty much there every day, all day, from start to finish, which kept everything moving. I also really liked that Smart Renovations has a full team with people who specialize in different parts of the renovation. Having the design, project management, cabinetry, stairs, flooring, and other trades coordinated through one company made things much easier. Their showroom was another great feature. Being able to see the actual materials, finishes, colours, and options in person made choosing everything much easier. For us, time was a big factor. With kids and a busy family, we didn’t want a renovation dragging on for months or to constantly be coordinating different contractors. We were willing to spend a little more to have a process that was well planned and organized rather than simply going with the cheapest option. In our case, it was definitely worth it. The project was originally expected to take 4–5 weeks, but they completed it in about 3.5 weeks, which I found really impressive. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out and with the quality of the work. The whole team was professional, responsive, accommodating, and easy to deal with. Renovations can obviously be stressful, but having everything organized and coordinated through one company made the experience much easier. I would definitely recommend Smart Renovations, especially if you value your time and want a renovation that is well planned, organized, and keeps moving.”

“Luke did a complete master bathroom renovation in the Condo that we purchased. During the summer of 2025. Whilst meeting with Luke at the Condo and discussing our options Luke was designing our requirements on his computer showing us a 3 D design on the spot which was extremely helpful, then meeting him with his design team at his show room choosing all the different materials was easy, the work was completed in a very professional manner, and at some time in the near future we will be meeting with Luke and his design team for an upgrade to our kitchen.”
