“Complete demolition and remodeling of the 1950's kitchen and powder room and the creation of a master bath and walk-in closet on the second floor in colonial revival house built in 1925. Curio and Frank designed the project after several consultations with us about how the rooms should function. They provided several designs that we discussed and modified to arrive at a final design and price. They were careful to specify the details of the appliances and the work to be done but were willing to make changes or suggest changes when the reality of the "old house" required rethinking of the original plan. They are not only first class designers but also great project managers who kept the work moving on schedule and on budget. Once construction began, they showed up everyday until the job was done 4 months later. The is the fourth major kitchen remodeling we have been through and it was by far the best experience we have ever had. They are five star plus in my book.”

“I can't say enough great things about my recent experience with A Handyman Company. They saved me and my family from a disastrous living situation. Previous renovations (done by another local contractor/ builder) were shoddy and allowed for major water damage that was hidden from me when I bought the house, but became apparent shortly after we started living in the house. HandyMan demo-d and removed all the water damaged flooring and sub-floor, redid the sub-floor with proper moisture barrier and heat insulation, and demo-d and and rebuilt two bathrooms in about two months. They started and finished exactly on time, and the bathrooms look amazing. Ian and Evan display high quality workmanship (flooring and tiling) and a professional, kind attitude. I also had a great experience working with the new design point-person, Petra. She was indispensable in helping me design the bathroom of my dreams, and took many trips all around the area to find the right materials and paint colors. I am thrilled with the final product and now have two perfect bathrooms, beautiful flooring that will withstand all the weather ups and downs, and a new laundry room. Finally, Steve was very professional and transparent about all the details, change orders, invoices, etc... I was always consulted before any changes were made to the original plan. Highly recommended!”
