Kitchen Remodelers Near Randolph Township

“Recently had our kitchen remodeled. We had been in the house for just over 30 years (we are the original homeowners) and it was in serious need of an upgrade. Bob Dion and his two sons (Rob and Chris) came to the house and talked with us about what we were looking to do and we can't say enough about how cordial and professional they were with us right from the start. They worked with us intensively ahead of the actual demolition/construction to make sure that we were all on the same page, and made suggestions based on their extensive history of doing remodeling jobs. Everything was ripped out, the walls down to the studs, the floor down to the plywood. The demolition uncovered various issues from the original construction and they patiently explained the problems to us in plain and simple language and then proceeded to deal with them. After the initial demolition, Rob was the one who handled much of the actual remodeling and we can only rave about the work that he did. He treated the work as if it was his own house and we were not simply a paycheck for him. Such was the trust we placed in him that we had him working in the house even if we were not there sometimes. And the people they work with were all top of the line - Excelsior Lumber for the cabinets, his electricians (Al and A.J.), his siding guy (Shero Construction), all did quality workmanship. The final result was beyond our expectations. We are now considering using them on a possible master bathroom renovation. I would certainly put these guys at the top of anyone's list to handle your home remodeling or renovations.”

“We've done two renovation projects with Hernz so far, both were quite successful. We did our hall bathroom which required a full gut and redesign. When it came time to finish our previously unfinished basement, Hernz was our one and only call. They helped us work through various design elements and options to narrow down the exact scope of job we had in mind. It's helpful that they are a one stop shop for the design, materials sampling, materials ordering/delovery, and construction. Other contractors will make you run around to get all the materials ordered. With Hernz you just go to their showroom and they work through all the steps for you. During the course of the construction, they were open to all feedback to make sure everything went exactly to plan. For the few hiccups that occurred (as every major project inevitably has), they worked to resolve them quickly and to our desires. They were always quick to respond to questions, and fully documented all the blueprints so we all understood all aspects of the plan. I can't recommend Hernz highly enough. When it comes time for our next major job, they will be our one call again.”

“We recently worked with JMC on a gut renovation of our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room, and were completely satisfied. The entire process was professional and smooth - whether it was working with Donna on the design, Tammy on the project scheduling and timelines, or Tom with the construction and build - everything was on point and the communication was excellent. We were looking for a contractor that could provide full guidance and hand holding throughout the entire process and JMC was just the right fit. And most importantly, they truly stand by and guarantee all of their work and have continued to follow up to ensure our satisfaction. We cannot recommend JMC enough and look forward to working with them on our next project!”
