Kitchen Remodelers Near Solon

“We feel like we are walking into an "HGTV reveal" every time we enter our home. We just finished remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom with Cabinet S-Top, and the whole experience was fantastic. We went from 20-year-old builder grade to "Wow!" in 8 short construction weeks. Michelle made the design process so easy. She listened to what we wanted, understood our style right away, and helped us make choices that are perfect for us and our home. Everything just clicked. And the construction? Shockingly painless. Jeff and his crew were super tidy, communicated well, were on time, and did amazing work. They treated our project and our home as if it was their own. We kept waiting for the usual remodeling headaches, but they never came. From start to finish, Cabinet S-Top was professional, responsive, and just fantastic to work with. We love how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 5 Stars, without any reservations.”

“After extricating myself from the contract with one of those “a new bathroom in one day” firms, I began the process to find the materials for a first rate bathroom at something less than the $25,000 I had been quoted. One of the contractors I contacted had mentioned he used Fibo, and after searching on “the google” I found Innovate Building Solutions in Ohio. I really liked the locking system of the panels and the wide choice of shower pans. After watching a couple videos, I was impressed with the 100% waterproof system. I was quite sure they would tell me they only dealt with contractors (all those “one day” firms appear to use their own proprietary materials, and heaven help you if you ask what the individual components cost). I was thrilled when I found out that individuals are welcome at Innovate Building Solutions, and they have a terrific website to help with the planning and purchasing. Michelle guided me through the entire process and quickly sent out samples of the panels I was interested in. I made my choice, and the materials were on the way. Since my small town is located 60 miles from the nearest larger town, I figured it would be multiple weeks before they arrived. They actually would have been on site in two weeks if not for the “every other week” delivery for the final leg. The contractor who was rebuilding the shower had already demoed and prepared the 4’x3’ zero entry shower. The French drain shower pan went down, and a plumber helped to redirect the center drain to the front. It is reinforced with steel in case I need to use a wheelchair in the future. The locking system for the panels worked really well, although there is a bit of a learning curve. However, with all the available videos, the contractor (who doesn’t do showers but was willing to do this) was able to finish the shower in approx. 24 hours, all in. I had located and purchased the fixtures on my own, finding materials that were far superior to what I had been offered by “the other guys”. They all assist in helping with my disability. The finished shower is just wonderful: 3’x4’ is the perfect size to handle my disability. It’s just like Goldilocks, not to big, not too small, just right. Best of all, the final cost, all in, was just a shade over $8000, and thanks to Innovate Building Solutions, it is far superior to what I could have had. My husband and I couldn’t be happier.”

“We recently wrapped up a full house remodel with Keselman Construction. It involved all 4 floors of our house and included a full bath remodel (2.5), a kitchen remodel, stairwells, framing, drywall, painting, custom carpentry, asbestos removal, plumbing, electrical, flooring and ceilings. We interviewed a dozen general contractors (2 were referrals) and I'm so glad we chose Keselman! They handled our project with the utmost workmanship and professionalism. Our estimator was spot on in the original quote, our designer was intuitive and honest, our PM was organized and diligent, and the construction professionals were very skilled and polite. While most construction projects are hairy by nature and delayed (ours was no exception), I still give Keselman a 10/10. Their high standard of work is evident through the people they choose to hire, the respectful way they treat their customers and the final craftsmanship displayed throughout our whole home.”
