“The team at Artisan Design is spectacular and great to work with from beginning to end! To start, the best part of working with Artisan Design was the genuine concern for the client. Led by Ralph, every single person focuses on what is best for the people they’re working with. We’ve been through multiple remodels on previous homes and found that for most people, it can be both exciting and become stressful. Ours was unplanned due to the 2024 storms which heightened the stress level for everyone however even with the additional uncertainly, changing city permit requirements and concerns about the future Ralph was calm, kept us calm, and just got it done. At the initial on-site meetings and the showroom, Ralph (and the team) spent the time to get to know us, listened to the “feel” we were looking for and helped guide us through the sometimes overwhelming amount of choices. We were skeptical about a couple of items (backsplash) but opted to trust him and they turned out to be the highlights of the project. As you would expect, the team at Artisan doesn’t do “good enough”. It’s one thing to have a plan, it’s another to ensure it is executed flawlessly. The finished results show quality throughout with no shortcuts or “its close”. If it wasn’t right, it just got redone no question, no debate, no change orders. Finally, Artisan was extremely helpful in ensuring we spent the right amount of money in the right spots. As we got into the project, and issues naturally present themselves, the entire team was great about suggestions to take advantage of opportunities enhancing the overall project and/or cost saving options. All up front and no surprises.”

“Tampa Bay K&B Design is the Best! I would give them 6 stars if I could! I had met several contractors to get estimate and ideas for my 2 bathrooms remodel and flooring installation, but no one met my needs, until a restoration guy recommended Tampa Bay K&B Design to me. He spent times to listen to my plan and took extra time to provide ideas. He provided a detailed breakdown of the renovation process and a fair price. “What. a wonderful experience it was using Schoeman Construction completely model our kitchen. The team has an amazing work ethic and are professional and meticulous. Hennie Sr., Hennie Jr., Abel, Charlie, Tien, and Miranda are exception workers who work very well together. We selected a backsplash tile that required patience and expertise Hennie Jr. and Charlie labored long and unexpected hours to install it. In addition all the members. of the team were soft spoken and respectful. Also, they were punctual and reliable. They cleaned up all the debris every day. This is the third time we selected them as contractors and there is no doubt we’ll use them again.”
