“Dave Vogt put together an experienced team for our extensive kitchen renovation. The project initially seemed daunting but with the depth of experience at Case it surpassed our expectations. We wanted to extend an inside kitchen wall and take out the middle section of an outer kitchen wall to install a 7-foot-wide window. Dave’s response: Case does this all the time. Dave’s team also took out the kitchen bulkheads to create lots more vertical space. The result was transformational with vastly more natural light. Dave brought in master designer Caroline Moore, who managed to pair a stunning quartzite island and countertops with walnut cabinets and marble backsplash. Fluent in all design styles and fixtures, she made it easy to quickly narrow down choices. The construction phase could have been challenging but we had project manager Brian Knott. With his extensive construction knowledge, attention to timing and detail, and professional can-do attitude, he orchestrated a deep team while taking advantage of individual talents. New cabinets were installed, new plumbing, new electrical, drywall, exterior wall brick work, quartzite countertops, backsplash, all new appliances, etc... Finished on budget six weeks ahead of schedule! Special thanks to Douglas for all his high-quality hours onsite as a Case builder and shadow manager, Eddie for some beautiful carpentry details and Marlin for his ability to use stains to mesh old hardwood floor sections with new. Kudos to Goran at fabricator Stone & Tile World for a well crafted quartzite island. It’s my favorite piece of “artwork” in the house.”

“Bull Run Kitchen and Bath exceeded our expectations. Salih helped design and Sana executed the vision. Ronaldo and Orlando were such a pleasure to work with as the dual foreman. We renovated our kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, chimney vent and appliances. We also added a Butler’s pantry and renovated our Family Room fireplace to match the kitchen. All the projects were completed with precision and attention to detail. The final punch list “touch up” day by Ronaldo was outstanding. His drywall and tile work is like “magic” and he proactively found and touched up small areas we didn’t find. They professionally installed all the appliances, lights (w/dimmers), sink and disposal. We couldn’t be more happy with the results. They were on time and under budget. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be daily communication about follow-on day/time of work. There were a couple of days when no work occurred which was normal business, but we did not know in advance. We recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We will use them again to renovate a bathroom in the future. We used a different contractor to paint the cabinets and highly recommend them as well (The Cabinet Coaters).”

“I contracted VA Kitchen & Bath for a kitchen renovation after soliciting proposals from (4) different contractors. Their price was the most competitive and their proposal was the most detailed and well organized. My project required integrating the existing finishes with new finishes and the designer, Burak Akin, listened to my vision and did not try to sell me features that were not in my budget. The Project Manager, Ethan Berker was professional, respectful of my time, he was on-site when needed making sure the installation was going smoothly and he was dedicated to making sure my project was completed to perfection. The superintendent was skilled, paid attention to the finer details of the installation and kept the surrounding areas of my home free from dust during construction. And they showed up on time when scheduled, every time. We had only one issue with the granite supplier, which was not the fault of VA Kitchen, and Ethan and Mel spent a tremendous amount of time making sure I got the granite I selected without flaws or imperfections. The entire team was excellent.”
