These guys showed up on time every day, were courteous and clean, and really some of the best tradespeople I have worked with as a homeowner. Danny's quote was realistic, and he came in on budget and finished almost a WEEK EARLY! When has that every happened in home remodel/repair?
All other quotes we received for what we wanted (steel and cable railing being the big component) were 50% to 100% higher. The finished product looks great, and no quality was sacrificed in the least.
Our neighbors even commented that they had no idea we were having outdoor work done, as the noise was kept at a bare minimum, even during demolition.”

“Needed to provide shade on the south facing patio of our new home. Researched several Pergola installers as i decided on the patio room had the best, especially loved the 10' x 14' pressure treated four beam design. Also got great "preseason" pricing. ollis wood finished the job on date promised and in grate condition. For a months I wanted to expand my patio before installation. During that period we stained all components with solid color stain, certainly easier to stain prior to assembly. The pressure treated wood components were kiln dried so there was no issue with immediately staining. Olis wood Assembled it all it took one and a half days to complete. After the installation was complete we realized the shade provided by the rafters alone was not enough. So I purchased polypropylene lattice panels from them and cut to fit between upper rafters. Result was the perfect amount of filtered shade. Love the look and function of the finished product. Would very much recommend olis wood to anyone they do amazing work !!!”
