“Most General Contractors are ok until a change order is needed and than the problems begin with cost over runs and a delayed project. Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. “We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. You should too!!”

“I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”

“Chris Langston built a new construction house for me. It has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms. It is 1346 square feet. It has an attached garage.
