The design of our kitchen and bathrooms are what you see in magazines. I actually stopped enjoying being in hotels because I feel like my home is more beautiful. Aside from the end result, I appreciate the process and the relationship we have with Jonathan and Oz. A home renovation can be quite stressful, but they worked through the process with us openly. We were constantly communicating and nothing was ever hidden from us. Whenever I had a concern or question I could always text Jonathan or Oz. “I am incredibly satisfied with the work Lavie Construction performed on my home. In addition, the employees and workers of Lavie are very friendly, competent, and hard working. And Doni Lavie, the owner, works passionately and most importantly listens to you. He never minded all the questions I asked him and was always responsive. I own a house built in 1969, with almost no changes over the previous 40+ years. I hired Lavie construction to repipe the house and redo the electrical, since both systems were about ready to fail. I was very impressed at the high quality of the work, as was the city inspector. This reminds me that Lavie Construction pulls permits and performs work per the city codes. Lavie construction does not take short cuts. And since all the walls were open and I had planned to remodel in the near future, I had Lavie construction remodel the kitchen, bathroom, family room, as well as, repaint the interior and exterior of the house. All of the work was performed as promised, and amazingly, on time. Any issues that came up, were quickly and efficiently addressed. Which reminds me, Doni Lavie is a professional designer. He helped me pick a style that really fit me. I know what I like when I see it, but I couldn't tell him what I wanted. I also replaced the front and back yards with artificial grass. The grass he chose and installed looks real. In fact, one neighbor didn't realize it was artificial until I told them. All of my neighbors have given me compliments on my brand new home. I also have a rental home that was built in the 1940s. By coincidence, the main water line under the house failed around the time I was finishing with my remodel. It was a real mess under the house, which was filled with mud and 2 feet of water. The water pipes were so weak they cracked when temporary clamps were trying to be applied. Lavie Construction was able to get water back on in just 2 days, which limited the extra cost of the renter not being able to live there. Lavie construction repiped the house, restored the water damage, repaired the dry wall, and repainted in an amazingly short period of time. As you can tell, I am completely satisfied with Lavie Construction. And again, I want to state that Doni Lavie is just an amazing person to work with. He is honest, trustworthy, and cares as much about your home as you do.”
