“Rogers innovative design converted a standard 3-b'room ranch house into a eye-catching 22 ft. ceiling home. The innovative use of skylights and recessed lighting resulted in a central area totally bathed in light. Fans, towers, partitions and an elevated passage connecting the central area with a family room add to the positive and warm atmosphere inherent in the design. Notwithstanding the high ceiling, the street view still has the appearance of a ranch house and blends well with the neighborhood. During the actual construction stage, Roger was always available to sort out issues and questions--both from us and the contractor. After many years, anyone entering our house can't help but be surprised and in awe with the work Roger has done. It is outstanding.”

“We raised our family in the same neighborhood over 26 years. Our home yearned for updating. Some goals were: eliminate fall risks from multi level flooring, make downstairs bathroom senior safe, open up family room and brighten up downstairs with new doors and windows. We chose Marrokal because of their impeccable reputation. We did not seek other bids because ours would be the 7th Marrokal remodel project in our small cul-de-sac. All our neighbors praised their work. The Design Team exceeded our expectations and incorporated creative innovations into our home AND helped us stay within our budget. The production phase required a bit of oversight, but this job, remodeling all of the downstairs, was completed on time in 5 1/2 months. We lived in our home during the project and Marrokal always kept the job site clean! The caliber of subs was top notch. The final product turned out fabulous! Finally, we rarely need to utilize our extended warranty due to the quality of workmanship, nothing breaks! There is no doubt in our minds that we will hire Marrokal for future projects. “We purchased our first home in late of last year and after meeting with many contractors companies, we decided to move ahead with ECO design pro. We were doing a full kitchen remodeling and connecting our bedroom that no longer exists to the upstairs master suite/bedroom. After our first initial meeting with Ori, we felt that he really understood the space and had great idea of how the new look and feel we want to have. There are so many endless conclusions that we needed to be do when we were going via the remodeling process - Ori with his team made it seem super simple and with no problem. When the remodeling project ended, we'd had our full trust and confidence with Ori that he could turn this remodeling work into an amazing section of the house - and it definitely did that. While remodeling projects can be annoying and bad at times, what was the most important for us was how the issues and problems got distributed and resolved with when they come up. Problems were always talked openly and honestly & decisions were made basically together which made us feel that we are on the same team. Not even one time during the whole work, Ori fail to come through on something he guaranteed. We've been living in the house for a couple of weeks now and it looks & feels great. “Working with ING was a great experience. They started on time and were able to finish the project within a few weeks of the estimated deadline (and we only ran late because of shipment of our tile.) They were courteous and polite, and we were able to trust the construction crew to be at our house without us being home. “Review #2 today, January 10, 2014 (Original review is below) ***UPDATE*** Its been a little over 2 months since construction on my house has been completed. Finally getting everything in the house - we noticed a couple of things that needed fixing - nothing major but things i couldnt do. I called David and the guys were here, 8:30am a day or so later. they came in - saw what need to be done - went to Home Depot, purchased what was needed and fixed everything. there was NO hesitation on Davids end to have the guys come over and there wasnt an additional charge. Thank you IND - it was great seeing the guys again - i actually missed them all. Great group or workers! Seriously - you want/need work done - these are your guys! Review #1 from October 2013 i have heard horror stories about construction and let me be the first to tell you - if you hire this IND - you will NOT get that. Mind you, we only wanted to have the kitchen done... we decided to redo allllll the floors and painting throughout the house as well as crown molding, and baseboards. they are at my house anywhere between 7:30 - 8:00am ready. the minute its 8am - they start - no BSing - they are working till 430/5pm, sometimes till 7pm. day one - my kitchen was GUTTED - floors, walls counter-tops, everything. THAT was crazy. they helped take my furniture out of my house - they clean as they go (making sure they dont leave a mess at the end of the day). David (owner) comes to my house and "inspects" it, making sure everything is going well - he doesnt just come and go - he is always at my house for an hour or more. if he sees something i dont - its fixed - no questions at all. Within 2 weeks - kitchen gutted, kitchen tile is down (1day) new flooring in 90% of my house - crown molding done - most baseboards done. i know it doesnt sound like a lot - IT IS. if you want pictures, please let me know - i will email to you. This company - the best - when i decide to do more - i will not go to anyone else. A 6-week job was done in 4 total By the way - i have 2 neighbors that will use IND and a friend who will as well. They were referred to me by my friends who loved working with IND. PS - crew is respectful, hard working, nice and fun to work with. If you have work to be done - ***** FIVE STARS!”
