“Optima construction came highly referred to me by my consultant at California Closets for a laundry area project in my garage. Stephen was very helpful during the process and to be fair even though we hit a couple bumps along the way he made sure I was happy with the final product. The box you see in the picture that the washer/dryer are on had to be rebuilt and he ate the cost! The sink installation was also a nightmare. I had hodgepodge plumbing behind the walls and he only charged me a couple hundred extra to fix it. I also made some decision changes during the project and he was always willing to accommodate and didn't make me feel like I shouldn't ask for something. I would highly recommend Stephen and his crew. He will go out of his way to make sure you get what you want and are happy. And I don't know too many contractors who will do that.
