“Regal Contracting remodeled the exterior of our home. The owner, Doug Scott was very honest and professional as were all of his subcontractors. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Regal Contracting updated the exterior of or home from a 70's "Brady Bunch" look to a stylish traditional home. They did full frame replacement windows, with interior and exterior trim, restuccoed the exterior and added dry stack eldorado stone. We look forward to working with Regal Contracting again when we remodel our kitchen.”

“I hired So Cal Builders to refinish all of the wood windows, cabinets, floors, doors, and baseboards in my house. In addition, they painted the whole interior of my house, resealed the stone on my patio, and repaired outdoor stone and indoor plumbing. At the end of the job, they returned to touch up, and to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The contract that we signed was very specific, and they completed all parts without ever attempting to add costs. The workers were very skilled, polite and respectful of both our family and our neighbors. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and were meticulous in both their work and clean up. The project manager and foreman were available at all times if I had concerns or questions, and both made frequent visits to the house to ensure the job was being completed at a high standard and in a timely way. My home looks as if it were brand new. I would highly recommend this company for any size home renovation, and I will hire them again when it is time to complete work on the exterior of my house.”

“We couldn’t be happier with M&J Star. It took is us 3 years to design our backyard vision and find a contractor and we couldn’t be happier. We selected M&J Star because the owner seemed to understand our vision and was willing to work with us to achieve that vision within a budget. M&J Star was a true partner who helped well beyond expectation. As luck goes, the moment we pulled up our concrete we had 2 months of rain - unheard of in our area. As our yard flooded, M&J Star showed up with water pumps, late on a Saturday night, to help. They brought stepping stones so we could reach our door through the mud. We waited and rescheduled and waited. We had material delayed 3 weeks. Yet, we always felt that we were a priority despite how badly his schedule must have been impacted. The owner, Vartan, is a very talented designer. Although we worked with plans from another designer, where there was a less expensive idea or when the vision didn’t work out in practical terms, Vartan was there with a beautiful solution. We liked his changes better than the original vision. Vartan patiently came to review progress and find solutions to the inevitable issues that occur during a project. Pablo was our construction lead and his work is the highest quality. Drains were moved so that the drain was at a corner of our pavers. He put stone veneer on the front of the house and varied the colors and the seams are perfect. They left the worksite very clean each day. We really enjoyed working with M&J Star and would highly recommend them for their design, professionalism, attention to detail, highest quality workmanship and dedication to a beautiful final product that was within a budget.”
