“To date Budget Blinds has installed 9 Plantation shutters in our home. I do not know how we could be happier with our experience. It started with a call to the office where we promptly schedule an appointment with Gretchen. She was on time for her appointment, she was polite, and really knew her stuff. Her suggestions for solutions varied some for each room, and are we glad we took her suggestions as we see the benefits of the variations in each room. Jason showed up on time. He is also polite, knowledgeable, and left all rooms as clean as when he arrived. One set of blinds had a factory default. Jason pointed it out to us and they ordered replacements with not a hesitation. If Jason had not pointed it out, I doubt either of us would of noticed it. They have a customer for life. And we will not waste our time shopping around for future projects”

“Carolyn is an exceptional professional. We have ordered blinds for the entire house we are remodeling. She has helped us pick out the blinds and had our interests in mind. We have had problems with the remodeling people so we have to keep changing the installation date. Carolyn has been great about not putting pressure on us to have the blinds installed, even though they have been ready for months. I would definitely recommend her in the future to any one planning to get blinds.”

Kathy, the owner, is one of the most knowledgeable, conscientious, detail oriented fabricators in the business. I have no hesitation sending any of my client projects to Progressive Designs and I recommend them highly to any designer or homeowner in need of a top quality, efficient and timely workroom. As an ( Independent Contractor ) who installs the high quality products made in their workroom, I can assure you won’t be disappointed. *I will only work with the best, and Kathy meets my very high standards. Kathy Listens to the client! Understands there are many different tastes. Work is performed in a timely manner. Has an extensive Fabric library. I would advise future clients to purchase fabrics through Kathy. She has a variety of sources and provides expert guidance in not just fabric selection but in drapery rods as well. *This is a very important (selecting the correct hardware for the job) and often overlooked aspect of the design process. It can be very costly if you choose the wrong hardware. When you need the extra mile call Kathy she will deliver.”
