“Finally - someone as discerning as I am! I cant say enough good things about Peter Moran's design expertise, professionalism, attention to detail and level of insight into what was needed to far exceed our expectations. It started with "just a pool" consultation. After speaking with him about the additional things we wanted to do with our balcony and outdoor second story space, he started describing the benefits of a single holistic design for all of it. We contracted Garden Home and Stone to do complete design drawings, renderings and materials specs for the pool, the balcony and the landscaping. in addition, he was able to recommend an awesome dock builder. We spent a lot of money on this project and lets just say I am a high maintenance client (and a CPA). Peter was so patient with me and we came to trust each other on many aspects of the overall job. My husband was thrilled with the work he did and it was certainly much easier to feel good about the costs when we could see it come to life on the page. This allowed us to make many small / medium changes that definitely drove a superior final product. We did not really have to make many major changes as Pete is exceptionally gifted in taking a conversation and some pictures clipped from google and turning that into renderings (with some of his own touches - he had a very high level of personal ownership in the outcome) that just blew us away. Pete also personally managed the pool company manager to ensure his vision came to life as outlined. We contracted the landscaping company he recommended, and again, he managed them as well and they also did an exceptional job. Because his design and renderings had so much detail, we were able to use them with our contractor for the balcony construction which also looks amazing. We are nearly done with the project so I am uploading just the before pics and some renderings. Don't want to upload the final finished actual pics yet as we just have to do a couple of finishing touches on the patio, but let me just say, even though the design is 1000% better than the "before", the actual finished product is even nicer than that - no kidding. My husband says over and over how the money we spent with Garden Home and Stone was one of the best investments we made on this journey. Thanks Pete!”
