“We contacted Poynter to help us solve a drainage problem caused by our builder. At the same time we had them prepare a master plan for the entire landscaping around the yard. We had them do the first phase which was to repair the drainage, make it look aesthetically pleasing and provide some privacy from the side walk. They did a fantastic job and we have followed their master plan in other areas. As a follow up we had a couple of junipers die due to the early spring and late freeze... Immediately Poynter came out and replaced the junipers, checked the health of the others. Unexpectedly they cleaned up the area and remulched. Wow! We are very happy with Poynter.”

We have used them 3, maybe 4 times, and for each project we were extremely satisfied with their work. First of all, Bob is a problem solver, who will spend time in advance of your project mulling over alternatives and options (along with his dog). We never felt as though he was perfunctory in his approach to our projects. Then, for the most part, Bob gets out of the way and allows his craftsmen (and in our case they were all male) to do the work, add their own ideas, and get the job completed in a timely and professional manner. Finally, the prices were fair and transparent. We were never stuck with hidden charges. I can recall the costs but they repaired and replaced front steps and molding, and came out twice to strengthen and repair a sagging pergola. I do know the front steps projects was in the $2500 range but it was a few years ago and I'm too lazy to dig up the paperwork.”
