Custom Water Feature Companies in Grand Rapids

“Native Edge did an outstanding job of designing, and executing, a very complicated project for mitigating high water risks at our lakeside cottage. This project ranged from structural integrity challenges to aesthetics, involving 4 specialty contractor teams. Wesley Landon served not only as our landscape architect, but also as our project manager for the other contractors. He listened attentively, developed creative ideas and problem solving, remained organized throughout a long and complicated project, and executed on time / within budget. We are looking forward to watching our rain gardens emerge this Spring, as we benefit from a natural approach to protecting our property from the risks of rising lake levels.”

“We purchased a new construction home in NC August of 2015 and were faced with the daunting task of how to make the basically blank yard look good. Our lot has some unusual features and seemed hard to deal with. We hired Steve Cox to do a detailed landscape plan that we could implement over time and he came up with a great design that solved our problems. This isn't the first time we used him for a design, as we used him in the '70s for two previous homes in Michigan and each time we were more than pleased with the results. This time was no exception... better than ever. Although we have not completed the entire project, we definitely have a great vision of what to do and where to go next. Steve is an extremely knowledgeable landscape designer with the necessary artistic talent to bring your project to life... He is talented enough to have been chosen to work on the Meijer gardens in Grand Rapids, MI. Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park is a 158-acre botanical garden and outdoor sculpture park located in Grand Rapids Township, Michigan in Kent County. If you are looking for someone to work with who has a passion for landscape and a real vision for design, you can't do better than Steve.”

“Matt from Apex Landscape has a talent for dialing in a design to fit the unique aspects of a home whether it is on a lake or in the heart of the city. As a custom home builder and renovator, I have worked with Matt on various projects through the years and have always found his designs and implementation first rate. I would recommend Matt and Apex Landscape to other builders and homeowners seeking a landscape professional for their project.”
