“We engaged the services of Asbjorg Designs Landscapes & Gardens in 2018 to design a new front yard for our home in Old Glenora Edmonton. This involved the use of hard and soft landscape elements i.e plants, shrubs, trees, lawn, concrete walkways, decorative rock. After meeting with us initially Asbjorg then very diligently prepared a number of feasible options for us to consider. She then prepared a detailed drawing showing the placement of all materials and identifying each one on a schedule attached to the drawing. Also she prepared a 3D rendering of the proposal that helped enormously in our understanding of the design. Asbjorg assisted in the selection of a qualified contractor to do the work. The contractor involved had worked with Asbjorg previously. This was a significant advantage to the project. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Asbjorg’s experience and knowledge in her field is second to none. She has provided us with a design that very definitely has the “wow” factor that we were looking for. This coupled with the contractor’s experience patience and built in design flare for this category of work left us feeling completely confident that the outcome would be successful. It was.The work was carefully managed and kept within the budget and schedule. Further, we were the proud recipients of a 2018 City of Edmonton “Gardens in Bloom” nomination award.”

“We contracted with Oceanview Landscaping for a patio and sidewalks, linking our front door to the back entrance of our 1930's era wooden shingled house. The scope of work required a great deal of excavation on our old property, and expanded to encompass a large gravel parking pad at the rear of the house. Additionally, drainage from the roof gutters was diverted across the property, and access to the septic tanks was corrected and the front lawn re-graded, and low-voltage lighting was added to the design plan. Ken's crew was professional, dependable and highly skilled at their respective trades. Every challenge that cropped up during this project was tackled head on, and I was always made to feel like the crew was happy to oblige my design. The project took 6 months, but we are so very happy with the results. We also purchased all our trees, shrubs and perennials from Oceanview Garden Centre. The selection and quality of their stock is superb.”

Look no further than this talented company for the best in design and service.
