“We needed a landscape to make a three generation family happy: a play area, an adult retreat, a gardening area, and night time gathering place. Promised Path completed more than 1200 man hours of landscaping in five and a half weeks installing drainage, a three foot high retaining wall more than 75 feet long, a water and fire feature, front and rear landscaping and lighting, sidewalks and patios made with concrete and pavers, veggie boxes, and sprinkler system. Our landscaping has been described by friends as park-like, peaceful, useful, and tasteful. The landscaping project was carried out in a seamless and timely manner due to awesome professional leadership and planning. The landscape plan was enhanced by an in house horticultural professional who helped us select appropriate plants to get our desired effect. During the project we were continually tweeking the plan with the contractor to render the best outcome. “The artificial grass look is perfect for my front yard (water conservation). There were no money surprises, the schedule was announced and kept, and the workers were polite and efficient. “The project was to supply landscaping for the area around a new pool. Torrey Pines (TPLC) was suggested by the pool contractor after an earlier recommended Landscaper proved too inflexible. TPLC provided a plan and was happy to make adjustment to meet our requirements. They were a joy to work with and worked well with the pool company as well. The results were so pleasing that I hired them to redo most of the rest of my landscaping which they did equally well. They provide a high quality service and charge accordingly, but, I believe, fairly,”

“We met with several landscape designers once we made the decision to remove our beautiful front lawn and replace it with a low water, low maintenance landscape. We had always received compliments on our landscaping, and wanted to replace it with a unique design that we not only liked, but loved! Lisa listened to our ideas, creating different designs for us to review. After a couple of back-and-forth revisions, we felt very good about the design we selected. Lisa helped us find a contractor to complete the work, and stayed involved throughout the process. The final product exceeded our expectations! From the slate front porch to the accent stacked stone wall and recirculating fountain, the hardscape she designed set the background for a beautiful, colorful landscape with a variety of carefully selected plants. Based upon her work throughout the process, we decided to hire her for our ongoing quarterly maintenance as well. We would definitely recommend Lisa for landscape design and maintenance!”
