Of the three landscape architects I contacted they were by far the most approachable even though my property is fairly small-- a front ground level garden measuring 25' x 14', to be transformed from lawn to perennial plants/bushes/trees, and an existing rear deck with no direct sunlight measuring 12' x 35' in need of storage and anything that would grow, both front and back requiring maximum light and privacy and low maintenance.
