My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“We looked around at several top landscape firms for a backyard makeover in 2017, and ultimately selected Scarlett's for the job. Our decision came down to wanting a contractor with the skill and experience in succulents and water conservation, as well as beauty and easy maintenance. We were not, and have not, been disappointed in anyway. The entire team from design to execution to follow up are 100% fantastic and professional. My wife and I had a theme/design in mind that we presented to Chris Camarillo (designer). Chris took our ideas, and twisted them in ways we didn't think of and created an amazing environment. The demo and install teams were hard working very skilled gentlemen. They use inspectors who revisited the site several times to make sure everything was healthy and properly watered. I underestimated the value of having written, detailed landscape and lighting plans. I provided that to my weekly gardener, and he uses it for maintenance. Scarlett's was not the lowest price choice out there (not the highest either), but all plants are from top nurseries and their attention to the job was worth every penny. We had no "change orders" and no billing surprises. Highly recommend.”

My initial project came in under budget and I was completely satisfied with the work. His staff is outstanding. They are all hardworking professional people. I have since worked with Paul on several other projects. I now have the garden I always wanted and I am very pleased with it. Photos of my garden are available on this website.
