“We hired Ari and Jeff to do an extensive renovate the landscaping of our new home. The property was overgrown with structures that were falling apart and in desperate need of upgrading. The work included architectural design, working with the city to get permits, complete demolition front and back, removal of structures, trees and shrubs, , grading, building foundations, fencing, stairs, construction of enclosed front patio construction of a large covered patio in the back with a Barbeque, lighting, irrigation, planting, and stamped concrete front and back. The initial planning and design went smoothly and we were pleased with the communication and listening to our suggestions. Construction was professional and of high quality. Communication and decision making was excellent. The problems that arose, eg permit issues or unanticipated problems, were discussed and solutions were found. We had a tight timeline and the project was completed on time. Overall the final product exceeded expectations. We would hire them again.”

“Review for Cali Yards – Front and Backyard Design I wanted to design a project that I would be truly happy with, incorporating features I’d use now and in the future. Unfortunately, many companies rushed the process and quoted prices far beyond my expectations. Then, I found Isaac from Cali Yards, who stood out with his “everything is possible” attitude. He took the time to understand my vision and provided a reasonable price, significantly better than other companies. One of the biggest challenges was that new ideas kept coming up even after the design was approved, but Isaac and his team handled the updates without any issues or pushback. The flexibility they showed was truly impressive. Additionally, David, the installer, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, patiently answering all my questions and concerns. His expertise and professionalism made a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the final result, and even when I had a sprinkler issue a month after installation, they responded immediately and fixed it right away.
