Aspen Outdoor Designs rebuilt, redesigned and expanded our deck. We give them 5 stars for every aspect of the project, from the initial consultation and quote/bid, to the construction itself, to the final project wrap up and clean up. Jeff and his architect were easy to work with on the concept and the final invoice perfectly reflected what they had in the quote. Jeff was available as needed throughout the project, however he was not generally needed as the Project Manager, Scott, stayed in daily contact with us. Juan, who led the construction crew is a perfectionist, and is intent on getting every detail right. Anytime we had concerns, either Juan or Scott addressed them immediately to our satisfaction. Going forward we will use Aspen Outdoor Designs for all of our construction needs.

We hired Jeff and his team 3 years ago to complete a hardscape patio, privacy wall, lighting and landscape. We were so happy with the work that we recently completed the second phase of the project with a hardscape seated wall and a newly landscaped garden bed. Jeff and his team have excellent customer service, project management, attention to detail and high quality work. I highly recommend them!

We hired Jeff to design our backyard landscape which included a natural rock landscaped water slide for our pool. We were concerned with privacy because we are not allowed privacy fences in our neighborhood. I have waited over a year to post this review as the job was completed close to the end of summer. I wanted to make sure everything survived a winter in working order. I am pleased to report every part of the process with Jeff and his team has exceeded our expectations. We have now had the opportunity to view our yard from neighboring properties, and can attest to the privacy he’s afforded us with his design. We hired Jeff to design and install our backyard patio. While we had ideas about what we wanted to include in the project, we had no idea how to put them together and could not envision it. Jeff took our ideas and designed a beautiful outdoor living space - it's so much better than we could have ever imagined! His crews also did a wonderful job in the various stages of the installation process, taking pride in their work and going the extra mile to make sure everything was right and that we were happy with it. Jeff the owner, Blake our designer and Chris our project manager and their team of skilled workers were AMAZING to work with from the time we met them at the Indianapolis Home Show to the time they finished our project. Aspen worked within our budget, listened to our wants and made a design that was so beautiful to fit our lifestyle. The key word is they LISTENED to what the customer wanted. The skilled workers were very professional on the job...worked well together, no smoking on the site and with many children around we never heard them speak any foul language. Our neighbors were amazed at the end of every days completion the work site was cleaned up and looked as if no one had been there other than the progress completed that day! We are talking with Blake at Aspen to complete additional items around our home as I type.

We had a new construction in 2013. I met with Jeff Behlmer from Aspen and 2 other companies. Jeff's team redesigned our long-term plans multiple times until we got it right. We have made changes with the plans over the past couple years as we have lived in our home and outdoor living space. Jeff has been great to work with, and timely with his responses. I would definitely recommend Aspen to others looking for landscaping help, especially if you do not have a good idea of what you want. They will come up with good ideas but also listen.

We have use Jeff Behlmer and Aspen Outdoor Designs for many projects over the years at our current home and last one. Two of the projects were very big and we have used them for multiple others. Their hardscape and landscape designs and installations are amazing. Jeff and his staff have fabulous design talents and their install crews are very meticulous with great attention to detail. We have recommended them to many people in the past. We have just met with Jeff again to begin another fairly large project. We have always been pleased with the results and we would never use anyone else! We can HIGHLY recommend them!

We had our old flagstone patio torn out and redone to include a fire pit and larger dining/seating area...including redoing the landscaping surrounding the patio. We went through the design versions a few times because of easement property lines, and Aspen was great at describing various options, drawings and example photos. We agreed on a price, they stuck to it, they started on time as agreed and finished before frost...earlier than promised. And the results are simply fantastic. Great design, high quality materials, high quality work and beautiful. I would use them again and recommend them for any patio project.
