I have worked with Broadleaf for over a decade. Initially, Kirsten Seibert guided us through a multi-year design plan for our garden on about 2.5 acres. Kirsten brought imagination and practicality to our project. She was also instrumental working with others to construct the hardscape and select and install the plants. Now as the garden has matured, Broadleaf has helped to edit, maintain and improve it. I have the highest praise for Kirsten and her Broadleaf team.

Comment from Broadleaf Landscape Architecture:
Thanks Kim! It's so nice to be back in your garden as it matures. And to work with such a wonderful gardener as yourself!

I own a garden center with a landscaping division. Broadleaf Landscape Architecture hired us to install a landscape project of their design. I found them to be professional, organized and easy to work with. They were involved in every phase of the project and gave clear instructions. The landscape plan was professionally executed with an emphasis on native plants. It included a rooftop garden, perennial beds, pond and stream gardens, meadows and a variety of trees.

The Broadleaf team is a delight to work with. They took our overgrown hillside home, developed an exquisite design and then implemented and now maintain our home where it was featured in a book on how best to connect a home to the landscape. They are creative, smart and get the job done in all aspects of design, implementation and maintenance.

We hired Broadleaf to design a low-maintenance but comprehensive outdoor plan that would connect our house with the surrounding fields and woods. We worked mostly with Megan. She used local stone, flowers, shrubs and trees. She hired and managed skilled craftspeople to achieve her stonewall and pergola designs.
Megan is truly a gifted designer and she's fun to work with because she is down to earth, very knowledgeable, a good listener and she loves what she does. She is notably patient with clients who aren't necessarily plant-savvy.
The creativity, expertise, professionalism and passion that Broadleaf brought to our home continues to bring us great satisfaction and joy.

Broadleaf designed our gardens about 10 years ago. They specified plants, arranged for stone work, and supervised all implementation. Since then, Broadleaf has maintained our gardens each year. We are totally pleased with their work and recommend them highly. They are creative, disciplined, and responsive. We recommend Broadleaf without hesitation.

Broadleaf landscaped both my front and back yards. They were beautiful the first year and have continued to be even more beautiful and lush each year. Everyone compliments them (including teenagers - they have to be pretty spectacular for teenagers to notice).
Broadleaf was on time, on budget and respectful of the type of landscaping and plants that I wanted. They have continued to maintain the gardens and we continue to modify and renovate.
They are a pleasure to work with and very professional.
Most importantly, the gardens are magnificent! They have a great eye for design.
If you want a beautiful landscape, hire them.

We have worked with Broadleaf for a number of years. They have helped us develop ideas/concepts, fine-tuned designs, helped with installation/construction and now they provide maintenance. If they don't have the expertise they get the right people in to help you out. As our needs and goals have changed Broadleaf has helped with the transition. They are fair, honest and hardworking... they get client service.Their maintenance crews are neat and sweat the details. They are also the best looking crew around!

Broadleaf has done a complete range of landscaping services for us - design, installation and maintenance. They were very considerate of our preferences in the design phase and had no problem making numbers alterations to the plan. The result looks fabulous. Broadleaf sends us an annual maintenance plan / estimate for approval. Their work crew is top notch - professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. We have, and would continue to, recommend their services to others. After 7 years of using them, we continue to be very satisfied.

After building our dream home on a mountaintop in Vermont, we needed to make the land around it as wonderful as the home itself. Megan Moffroid and her team did an amazing job building stone walls, walkways and patios. She worked closely with us to decide which trees would enhance our home visually and which perennials would survive the harsh Vermont winters. She guaranteed everything her company planted. We could hardly wait for spring to arrive to watch it bloom. Even for a young garden, it is beautiful, and we know it will get more and more so with each passing year. Megan is open to ideas and helped us to shape our vision with practical yet creative solutions. She is terrific, and I can't recommend her highly enough!
