California Waterscapes is Los Angeles and Southern California’s largest Pond Contractor, specializing in Pond Design and Pond Installation. We have over 19 years experience installing thousands of water features across So Cal, and even more being top contractors in the business! We specialize in one-of-a-kind ponds, koi ponds, pondless waterfalls, streams, fountains, water walls, fire fountains and really anything you can dream up with water involved. Every water features is designed to be low maintenance and 100% eco-friendly. No matter the size or scope of your project, we say “challenge accepted” and go to work on creating your vision! They were very rude to me their showroom, and kept giving me wrong information and pushing their brand products (food, auto-fill..Etc!) The employees just want to make a sale, they have no knowledge of fish/plants, and pond care! Their pictures and "celebrity" endorsements don't cut it for me, their lack of incompetence and integrity speaks for itself.

Hi Brian, I am so sorry you had this experience, we recently let our retail employee go which I believe was the person who helped you. I have just asked the warehouse manager he doesn't know of a Brian being in the showroom anytime recently. The person that was let go was very new and she might not have known the data you were requesting, but I am sorry you felt pressured into any one of our products because that isn't the culture we teach here at our business.

I've always dreamed of having a beautiful stream in my backyard where I can have an area to sit and escape to and also still see and hear it from my house. My backyard is pretty small but Chad was able to problem solve and give me exactly what I wanted without compromising much of the greenery that was already there. He also allowed me to make sure the design was absolutely perfect and according to my vision. We were able to install the 10 foot stream exactly where I wanted it. Thank you to all the office staff for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. I now have the garden of my dreams!

I do a lot of research and I am really picky when it comes to design. I didn't want something cutesy, I wanted a clean and high-end pond, if you will, that would compliment my modern Japanese garden and home. I felt confident that Chad listened attentively during our first appointment, that he knew what he was doing and could deliver what I wanted. The crew was fast, in and out in 3 days including cleaning everything up, so by the end it didn't look like I had 5 man construction crew in my yard the day before. Lance even checked back in on me and my koi a week later to make sure they were adjusting well and the pond ecosystem was doing what it was meant to be doing. Thank you again Chad, it was a pleasure working with you, Lance, Rafael and the crew. I couldn't be happier with my koi pond.
