Camp Creek Landscape installed a gunite swimming pool and a spa at our residence. We struggled with effective communication and maintaining accountability even though, on a personal level, we think the CC employees are nice people. After the contract was signed, nearly every interaction was stressful and disappointing. I can’t count the number of times I heard: “You’re the first customer to ever complain about this.” That is not helpful. I should not be shamed for expecting to get what we paid for, especially since we paid top dollar for this job. This is a huge investment for our family, so we wanted it done right. Here are a few issues: 1.After digging, the crew discovered that the contracted design would not fit in our yard. We had many stressful negotiations to get an updated design. After agreeing that they would cover the cost of the design change, they later tried to charge us for the changes. We had to threaten legal action here. In the end, they agreed to cover the expense since it was their error. 2.They did not tell us our sterilization equipment and computer automation would not be installed when they filled our pool with water. The equipment was installed about 6 weeks after the pool was filled with water, and we had to pay extra because they had supply chain issues. 3.The spa drains completely if you do not wait 5-10 minutes when changing between spa mode and pool mode. When changing functions on the app, we must watch the water flow in the spillover and pool jets to know when it’s safe to press the next button in the app. 4.The spa floor surface is rippled and pitted. It feels uneven beneath your feet, and it looks like the surface of the moon at night when the spa light is on. We requested CC to fix the surface, but we have not heard back from them yet.

I just recently hired Camp Creek to remove a wooden fence and install a brick fence in my backyard in mid-town Memphis. These guys are pros....did a beautiful job at a fair price and got it done quickly. They sent out a team that did not mess around got a fairly big job done in 4 days even fighting some bad weather. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking forany type of landscaping work.

Our experience with Camp Creek Landscape was excellent. Their designer, Zach Hill, did the most fantastic job of listening to exactly what we envisioned for our porch, steps, retaining wall, and our front and side yard areas. The work was done as timely as possible given the weather. Follow up was quick and efficient. We would (and have) highly recommend this company.

The crew from Camp Creek did a great job with our backyard project. We had a stone veneer retaining wall built, stone floor overlay installed on a screened porch and patio, and a multi-tier cedar deck with fire feature constructed. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the design exceeded our expectations. We presented our ideas which were taken into consideration and enhanced upon. Communication with the owners was never a problem and they had great vision on this project. We pointed out a couple of modifications on the stone work that were addressed before the end of the day. We also added a couple of tasks at the end of the project that were completed in a timely manner. I already have Camp Creek working on an estimate for the next phase which will include a dry creek bed and landscaping around the new deck.
