Bonnie did an excellent job designing a patio / garden layout to tie together 3 levels around our house and guest studio in Newberg. She came up with some great ideas for hardscape and some changes to the building exterior that made the spaces much more attractive and functional. We especially appreciated her recommendations for what to plant and how she worked with the landscaper to keep the project on track.

Bonnie revitalized our landscaping to fit an addition to the house and the entryway. The results are fantastic and our friends are extremely complementary. We strongly recommend her services.

Bonnie was a delight to work! The ultimate professional, she is a very knowledgeable master gardener and landscape designer, able to answer all my questions and make excellent suggestions for my landscape plan. She even went to the nursery with me to look at specific plants to help finalize the design! Her landscape design came in on time and on budget and I look forward to her supervision of my landscape project this spring.

Bonnie was terrific! She spent time understanding my vision for my yard, both curbside appeal and backyard usage for relaxation and food production. The project included removing and replacing almost all plantings in both front and back yard, building a patio and walkway, and installing raised bed gardens and an irrigation system. The plan she provided gives me four-season color and interest, is relatively low maintenance, is resource efficient, and has greatly enhanced my enjoyment of the space. Many of my neighbors have made a point of telling me how much they are appreciating the new look. Bonnie produced a detailed plan for use by the landscapers as well as a plant list including photos and information about each plant for my future reference. She interfaced with the landscaper and was on site to supervise plant placement and answer questions. I enjoyed working with Bonnie and would certainly recommend her and/or hire her again for future projects.

Celilo Gardens did a fabulous job for us! Bonnie listened to my husband and I, and somehow accommodated us both in what we were looking for. Bonnie Bruce, of Celilo Gardens, did the design work on our front yard renovation. This included extensive discussions with me and my wife to explore what we wanted, how the hard- and softscape would integrate, and details on the plantings. We found Bonnie to be very helpful. She was able to make suggestions on specific elements, and to conceptualize the entire project such that we could select a contractor to perform the work. She also helped on the selection of the contractor, but left that final decision to us. We were very pleased with the process, and the end result is spectacular. Exactly what we expected from a very knowledgeable and professional landscape architect who is conversant with the growth needs of the individual plants and how they would mature. Highly recommended.
