John Newman and his team did an amazing job on our landscaping project. John listened to our ideas and through the Design process we landed on the best scope for our needs and budget. We were impressed with his honesty and knowledge of what would work best for our project. The execution was timely, organized, and well communicated. The team cleaned up well after each day. Definitely transformed our yard.

We recently hired John Newman at Classic Landscapes to create a landscape design for our front, back, and side yard. He gave us a beautiful design and worked with us so we could keep things within budget. John was always available and happy to answer questions we had throughout the process. The installation crew was very professional and polite. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Classic Landscapes.

We hired John to do a major renovation of our backyard that had been neglected for a number of years. His plan was better than anything that I had thought about, and the result is spectacular. Our lot is on a hill and we had some drainage issues to solve so John's crew installed a dry creek bed, and some drain basins with pipes to take the water to the edge of the year. Then they installed a stone retaining wall, boulder steps, a patio, and a pathway. Since our plan exceeded our budget, our project will be done in stages, and John has been very accomodating with that. John and crew were great to work with, and we love the results. We look forward to working with them when they come back to do the plantings, and we highly recommend them for any outdoor projects, big or small.

I hired Classic Landscapes to design a landscape plan of my new house, including building a patio and a large pergola in the back of the house. We had a need for landscaping on the side of our house where 15+ lelands had become overgrown after 15 years. The void was tremendous because it had been such a beautiful buffer. We told John our needs up front and he came up with a beautiful plan to put bigger trees with the intent of restoring that buffer as quickly as possible. He was so detail oriented and professional and came up with a beautiful plan. We even decided to extend the phase to give our home some curb appeal. It was an investment we hope to enjoy for many years. John’s crew did the work in two days! It would have taken us years! We are very pleased and hope to use Classic Landscapes of Ga again very soon. This company doesn’t care about us as their customers. Would never hire again and would encourage friends to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Owner was present and involved in the beginning and made us feel like he would ensure excellence in the work to earn our business and then he disappeared. He began sending inexperienced crews that skipped out on promised services (weeding, trimming, removing the grass clippings) and they scalped our yard consistently. We also hired him for landscaping and we had to track him down many times just to get what we paid for and to replace his shoddy initial work.

We selected This company after interviewing 3 landscaping companies The work was completed on time and in within the quote provided. We had our front and back yard landscaped with a brook and pond included. Also, we has a few plants that did not survive the transplanting and John replaced them as promised to our complete satisfaction. John designed the architectural plan that was used and we are very pleased with our yard. We highly recommend this landscaping company.

We hired Classic Landscape to completely redo our landscape, and also for maintenance service. We have placed numerous phone calls, texts, and emails with no response. It’s been less than three months and there are a number of trees and shrubs that have already started to die. We were told there was year warranty for all plants, but it looks like this company is not willing to honor their warranty. We spent a lot of money on this project and it is sad that a company will be so dishonest. We hoped that there would be no retaliation for having to cancel their maintenance after receiving subpar services.

I have used Classic Landscapes, Inc for 8 yrs. Classic Landscapes, Inc has done my entire front and side yard (within the 8 yrs, portions at a time) and recently finished a hardscape in my patio area completely transforming the area. While sitting on the new patio, I drink my coffee, listen to the birds chirp, and look over the back yard planning the next project for John and his crew. My neighbors (who admire my yard) and I highly recommend John and Classic Landscapes.
