CREATIVEscapes was started after seeing a need for clients to work with a design only firm that does not push certain agendas. As a design only firm we are able to focus on the clients needs. As opposed to a design/build firm that can push certain agendas. When you are done with the process you will have a clear map of your project. You will have a full 3D video fly though of your project showing day and night. Also, still shots showing day and night. But most important you will have a 2D plain with measurements and call-outs. This will ensure that you and the contractor have a clear vision of what the project should look like when build, and will hold the contractor accountable. This will also help in the bidding process to ensure everyone is bidding on the same thing and allow you to compare apples to apples, when getting pricing.
