We hired Easton to design and be general contractors for our backyard renovation, and paid a deposit. We had a meeting to discuss general concepts and desires as well as a budget, and we thought things would go well. Problems began immediately. Communication was slow, plans were delayed by many months, and despite the fact that we first met with them in November 2020, by May 2021 we still did not have a price quote from them, they were still contacting subcontractors, and then they told us that their deck contractor could not build the deck they had designed, and we would have to find our own deck man. They had originally told us they would be able to start the project in April or May 2021, but by the end of May they had stopped all communication with us after we paid the remainder of the design fee. We were forced to approach a business organization that deals with dissatisfied customers, following which they resumed contact with us and gave us a partial refund which was much smaller than we felt appropriate. As a result we had to become our own contractors using an inadequate low-resolution JPEG image of our backyard design which is all we got out of the deal, and we are just finishing the project in July 2022 (after we were forced to make many changes to the original design by Easton). Not recommended.

We live in a 1970s home on a pie-shaped lot with unusual grading. The landscaping was dated and we made little use, in particular, of our front yard. We reached out to Easton Landscape to prepare a new landscape plan. They met with us to discuss how we live, spent some time reviewing our yard, and came up with a great plan. It addressed the important points and sparked our interest. They worked the plan around key trees that we wanted to retain and features we liked. We hired them to go ahead with the work. The results were better than we imagined - plants, concrete planters, decking, fencing, stone paths, retaining walls, and lighting. Our front yard has become a place we go to to relax and an inviting entry to the home. They introduced a variety of textures, colours, and seasonal varieties that have added interest throughout the year. Nothing "standard" about their design or recommendations - we think the yard shines and blends with our home. Their crew was friendly, responsive, and worked very clean, and their subcontractors were skilled - an architect friend of ours was very impressed with the concrete work! Would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking either design or landscape construction.

Thanks to Mary, Nicole and team for designing and creating our much-loved front and backyard gardens. The blueprint and photo images Mary and Nicole created after consultation with us creatively and tastefully reflected the feng shui elements we requested. They were very flexible when an unexpected road upgrade delayed implementation of the original design. We are very happy with the placements of the plants, moss and trees that they thoughtfully selected and sourced. All team members were professional and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. These team members include Mary’s son Wyllie and contacts for building a beautiful retaining wall and installing an attractive lighting system. We have no hesitation in recommending Easton Landscape Design and Installation.

This company is wonderful and I highly recommend them. No job is too big or too small they do it all. From start to finish nothing but professional work and never once left a mess behind. We have allergies in the family so they had a tougher job trying to plant and design to make sure nothing was attracted near entrances that can sting. They worked to make a wonderful plan for a sitting area beside the outside shower beside the pool. A river rock garden was designed at the back of property to accommodate and enhance an existing fountain. All things planted are blooming at different times and we are very happy customers. There is a wonderful view all the time this spring and summer.

Mary and Nicole proved to be excellent listeners, they delivered a professional set of drawings and list of suggested plant materials that were not only creative but took our thoughts many steps further resulting in a terrific end result. As impressive, was their ability to work so well together, they were well organized, efficient and fun to have around. Wylie is certainly a man for all seasons, he does it all with a huge heart and smiles. Equally impressive was the care taken at the end of each day to leave the site clean and orderly. Their equipment was efficient and well maintained resulting in no lost time. This is an impressive family team that we will not hesitate to recommend to everyone, thank you team!

My next door neighbor was having landscaping down by Easton Landscape Design. I headed over one day and asked if Mary could come over and give me a quote and some ideas. I really had no idea what my style was but I knew what I did not want. Mary and Nicole helped me come to the conclusion of what my style was.....I would say a mix of zen and French country. So, Once that was decided they were able to put a plan into action. And oh what a plan it was. The end result super exceeded my expectations!! I must also give credit to their son Wyllie who put his very creative design to work. I absolutely LOVE my new and improved landscaping. It makes me want to spend more time in my back yard!! The experience was very good.....from the people to the executed work. You will not be disappointed!!!! I would highly recommend Mary....Nicole....and Wyllie. Well done folks!!!

I wanted to say what a wonderful job Easton Landscaping did.They took a garden that was terrible and couldn't be use and turned into this wonderful space that I can't stop looking at.I have many compliments on it,Mary and her team pick out the right plants to go into the garden.They had it done quickly and did a great job in cleaning up.I would recommend them to anyone inwho is interested in getting landscaping done.

I recently hired Easton Landscaping to work on my small yard-front and back. Mary and her son were awesome to work with. After spending some time, interviewing other landscape companies and discussing my vision with them (I own my floral business and was more particular in what I was looking for, so that scared off a lot of landscapers :). Upon meeting Mary and discussing my needs with her and listening to her suggestions, we were able to come up with a plan that I love and she was able to keep within my budget. I love that about this company. She listened, and I ended up with a beautiful front and backyard that will still allow me to develop later and enjoy. I highly recommend this company and felt that I was in good hands to leave them with seeing out the project. I was very impressed from start to finish, and the speed that they did the work in!
