Phillipe has been great in helping us design our small back yard space. He has really taken our vision and perfected it!!! Throughout the design process he’s been great at helping us avoid future drainage problems that could easily arise with our sloped back yard. In addition he has met with us several time and we have never felt rushed. In all the process has been great taking less than a month. Can’t wait to get the finally plans next week so that we can get our yard done just in time for summer!!!!

I've used French Accent TWICE - once in 2006 when I bought a single story ranch in Hillsboro Village, and most recently in August of 2016 for a complete landscape design for my new house - a Colonial revival - also in Hillsboro Village. I enjoyed Philippe's approach, his style, and his way of doing business. In our first engagement, Philippe asked me for my style preferences and showed me pictures of ALL bushes, shrubs, trees and perennials he had in mind, explaining when they would bloom, how to care for them and "fit" for the house, soil, sun exposure and lots more. It was an iterative and comfortable process, going back and forth until we landed on the final design. I received LOTS of compliments from all my neighbors for the design. Fast forward 10 years... On the same lot, with a brand new structure with a different style home (Colonial Revival), I knew French Accent was my answer so I asked Philippe back for a second engagement. Philippe transformed my backyard with a perfect design for my courtyard pool and waterfall, and he devised a brilliant unobstructed view from the deck and kitchen window.
