I am really happy with my interactions with Full Circle Land Design. I asked them to build a patio in my backyard and all of the options were clearly explained to me. I changed my mind several times about what I wanted, and they were patient with me. They were excellent at communication and keeping me Informed about the steps in the process. And the crew that came out to do the installation was great. Hard-working, professional, reliable, and most of all, really good at what they did. I’m thrilled with the final product!

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin and his team at Full Circle Land Design. We needed a small wall replaced and improved. We were initially impressed with Kevin’s great communications with us. His team of craftsmen exceeded our expectations. They did a beautiful job and were very courteous and professional. We definitely will do business with Full Circle again in the future should we need it. I would highly recommend.

This was easily one of the best process that I've had with a contractor. Kevin was very responsive and because there was a wait prior to beginning the work, he never failed to check in with me and keep me updated on there progress. The workers were very professional and cleaned the yard thoroughly each day before leaving. I highly recommend Full Circle to anyone!

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job. Kevin came out to the house, worked with me on the patio design, discussed in great detail how the patio is designed according to ICPI standards (which was very important to me), gave me a competitive quote and scheduled a start date. His guys came out on the date promised and got to work. They dug out 6 - 7” inches of soil, added the crushed gravel, compacted it, came back in with laser levels and ensured the slope (for proper drainage) was correct, then added the fine paver gravel and compacted that. Then they went to town placing the pavers and border and cut everything to fit tight and precise. Then they added the polymeric sand and everything was locked in place. It came out perfectly. The only mechanical equipment they used was the compactor and the paver saw. Absolutely everything else was meticulously done by hand. Couldn’t possibly be happier. Of all the home improvement jobs I’ve hired out over the past 3 decades (painting, flooring, decks, etc.) this company was by far and away the absolute best. Highly recommended.

Kevin said, "Just be patient." He was right! We had Full Circle do a complete restoration of our front, back and side yards. This included back dragging all of our existing yard, bringing in new top soil, new sod, river stone for all our beds, new plants and he even oversaw new irrigation all the way around. This was the last step in a complete exterior renovation of our home built in 1968. It was needed and we could not be more happy with the process and the results! We started in the dead of winter. It was not so pretty with Mother Nature's rain schedule. But he told us to just be patient. (And we were insistent on the yard being smooth. So we did not rush him.) SOOOOO glad we held out! The team was always on time, courteous, professional and the quality is top notch! We highly recommend Full Circle!

We had a phenomenal experience working with Kevin. Kevin took the time to listen to us and made sure he understood our goals, our concerns, our land, and our personal style. The end result is fantastic. He’s the best Chattanooga area landscape designer by far. The design of our backyard blends beautifully with the natural landscape, highlighting the mountain setting rather than taking away from it. Practically speaking, his work is built for the long haul - no cutting corners or quick fixes. From design to execution, he was responsive, professional, and thorough. He went above and beyond for us. When the wrong patio pavers were delivered, he responded so quickly and worked with his supplier to fix the problem, all while ensuring our project continued on schedule. We will absolutely be using Kevin and Full Circle again in the future for our Signal Mountain landscape design.

I am very happy with the work Kevin and his crew did. The project turned out even better than expected. I felt like he was able to translate some of my ideas and desires into a practical and attractive design, and he and the crew were hard-working and easy to work with. My house is old, and some of the aspects of the new design look like they were always there, due to Kevin's creativity. I would recommend working with them.

Our house was built several years ago and our patio was 8x8 at the time. Kevin came to provide an estimate and was extremely informative, knowledgeable and considerate. He listened to our ideas and needs and provided several options. Our patio is a raised patio to accommodate stepping out without any step down. He suggested pavers and sent us to a paver store to help make a decision. Our patio is now 25x16 and provides us with a firepit area and separate eating area and room to grill. His workers were very friendly and worked very hard to get our project complete. We highly recommend Kevin and will definitely call on him for future projects.

Very Professional. Created just the right look I wanted for my new home. Installed stone borders & mulch for landscaping beds, planted a large evergreen, installed play mulch for a sandbox area, river rock for a fire pit area and pavers off the screened porch. Installation crew was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Full Circle Land Design was phenomenal! I was blown away by the level of talent and customer service provided. We worked with Kevin and he truly listened to what we wanted and offered true, expert advise to transform our deck and backyard into a dream that we couldn't have dreamt on our own. The 3D design was done with extreme detail (even placed people around the deck and added lawn furniture with pillows so we could see exactly what the design would look like, also showed us where the pergola, kitchen, deck plants, umbrellas and even speakers would go) and he thought through everything to ensure the space would not only be beautiful but extremely functional and versatile. Kevin's ability to apply his creative vision to surpass our needs and expectations was out of this world and I can't wait for our next project. Kevin was also a wonderful steward of our budget, because he was able to implement his creative genius within budget, we will surely be able to tackle all our projects! Starting from scheduling a quote, Kevin responded quickly and showed up at the time we discussed. Same for sending the quote, and coming back to talk about the plan before his crew got started. Kevin's communication was top notch. His crew worked so hard, multiple neighbors commented on it. They cleaned up after themselves too! I will not hesitate to use Full Circle again and will recommend them anytime someone asks.

Kevin was amazing to work with, he was willing to explain everything to us being as we were unsure of what we could do with our backyard. He kept in communication with us regarding the project. We were very satisfied with Full Circle on our large backyard patio reno. Had 7ft x 105 ft retaining wall installed, large paver patio, outdoor lighting, ledge stone steps, and new landscaping. Kevin took the time to come out on a few occasions to make sure the total scope and vision was captured before beginning. The crew were professional, very hard working, and executed well. The price was very fair and the quality was great.

We used Full Circle for a complicated project that involved hauling 2 truckloads of soil across 3 neighbors' yards and dumping it over a retaining wall in order to landscape a large terraced area in our backyard. Kevin (the co. owner) walked the properties with us and quickly and succinctly developed a plan of action, on top of the actual landscaping plan. When the time came to commence the project, Full Circle devoted sufficient manpower so that the job was 75% finished after day 1 (including all dirt hauling completed by the end of that first day). It was important that our project not impede on our neighbors any more than necessary, and Kevin understood this and acted accordingly. Then, if not for some delayed orders with the nursery, Full Circle would have been 100% finished with the project in 2 days. We easily could have imagined this project being dragged out over 2 weeks, so to be done in, essentially, 2 days, was a real plus. Throughout, Kevin was very responsive to our interim requests as the project developed. Plans always get tweaked once they actually get implemented, and Kevin responded promptly to each of our requests, and without nickel-and-diming us. Those requests included some from our neighbors to further clean up their yards, and Full Circle complied with each of those. Perhaps the best compliment we can give is that we've received no complaints from our neighbors about the project. And, of course, none of this would matter if we weren't happy with the actual landscaping itself. It appears structurally sound and we can't wait to see the full color once spring hits. We've already recommended Full Circle to several co-workers, and we will definitely be using them again for our next project.

We used Full Circle to design and build our outdoor covered area, landscape around that area and build a new stone mailbox. They did a great job and we highly recommend them. Kevin offered great suggestions to help us pull everything together and give us the overall look we wanted, while keeping us on budget. We felt the price was reasonable, everything was finished when promised and we are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out! While we spoke to several companies before selecting Full Circle for our project, we we only call Full Circle for future projects. They did a great job. Thanks so much Kevin and team!

Kevin and his entire team were a pleasure to work with. Kevin's initial estimate was the lowest of the landscaping companies I contacted for this project, and there were no unexpected fees or charges. Throughout the project Kevin was reliable and responded quickly to any and all questions. He was knowledgable about the installation and maintenance of the trees and shrubs. His team was courteous and thorough, taking the time to make any modifications we asked for.

Full Circle did a good job overall. We had a couple of issues along the way but all it took was a phone call and the issue was corrected within a week. We even called them back for some additional services. I would recommend this company.
