I would highly recommend them if you want quality workmanship. They all were trying to do everything perfect from the design to the last piece of mulch. Because of the time of year we lost my first crew as they were migrant workers and was afraid that the quality and speed of replacements would not be as good. I was surprised to see that every crew that came, picked right up from the last crew and with the same quality of work. Can’t wait till next spring to see all the blooms from all the new plants and trees.

We hired Green Impressions to help in designing and installing a new patio and landscaping. From the initial design meetings to the final installation, everyone at the company was great to work with. Ryan helped to ensure that we came up with a design that met all of our needs while still coming within our budget and then continued to stay in touch throughout the installation process, timely responding to any questions that we had as things went along. The on-site crew did a great job of ensuring that things were completed on time and were very respectful throughout, checking to ensure that we were satisfied at each step of the process and incorporating any changes that we requested. There was even one item that I was happy with but wasn't to their satisfaction, so they revised. It was nice to see that they cared as much about the project as I did. As a result, we ended up not just with a patio but with a great new outdoor living space. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the process!

From start to finish, working with Green Impressions Landscaping was a fabulous experience. We had just had our outdoor back patio redone/expanded and added a fire pit feature and we needed landscaping of that site- areas re graded and some grass replanted, beds created, plants, trees and perennials added, etc… The rest of our landscaping in front and on the side also needed updating so we were considering doing those areas, too. It was a big project. I first met with the owner, Joe, to discuss the overall project and share what we were thinking. Joe listened and provided valuable perspectives and ideas/recommendations for our space and about how they manage larger projects like ours. Joe was candid and genuine and gave me the confidence that our project would be in good hands. From there, I met with Ryan who managed the design of the project. Ryan took the time to walk through our yard with me and talk about our vision of what we wanted- types of plants and trees we liked, the look and feel we wanted in the various areas, level of maintenance (low) we wanted etc… and Ryan shared how the process would work. Ryan set expectations very well for when he’d have an initial design ready for us to review so we understood the timing. We met to go over the plan and Ryan did a great job in the initial design- he balanced what we had said we wanted and also recommended other elements he thought would work well. We made a few changes and additions and then finalized the plans. Install was tentatively set for early-mid August. Ryan knew we wanted the work done as soon as possible and they ended up having an opening in their schedule in mid-July so they cane out then, which was great. The team that did the install was fantastic - knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, responsive to any questions and very pleasant. Ryan was also very responsive to my questions during and after the install process. This was a big project and we wanted it done by a knowledgeable team and with high quality. We love how our new landscaping and front lighting turned out - the mix of perennials, trees, shrubs is perfect and the landscaping features (boulders and rocks) they incorporated into the design really make a statement. The work they did absolutely compliments our new backyard outdoor living space and enhances the whole look and feel of our property. We highly recommend Green Impressions Landscaping. Well worth the investment!

We have been customers for over 25 years and keep coming back. Joe’s team is phenomenal. Every completed project has been exceptional. All of his crews are hard working and very professional. Can’t say enough about the pool they added, the deck, the hardscape…tremendous value added to our properties over the years.

My yard was a complete nightmare after a long inground pool renovation we finished late last year. It was incredibly muddy, unclean mud filled with rock and construction debris, uneven, drainage was horrible, and ugly! I knew of Green Impressions because of their wonderful reputation here in NE Ohio and beautiful designs. Ryan came out and walked our property, recognized our concerns, listened to what goals we had for the future of our yard and having it not only look beautiful, but also have our yard drain properly due to the topography changes from our pool build the year before. It didn't take long for Ryan to get back to us with detailed drawings of our backyard and what changes they could make to make it function well and look amazing. He listened to ever hope and idea we had and created it to a design better than we even imagined. Moving forward to the start date Green Impressions showed up 100% ready to work! The crew was incredibly respectful of my home and property, they worked incredibly hard the ENTIRE time. It was so refreshing to see a group of contractors show up with the full intention of a job well done and a hard day's work! In fact a piece of equipment temporarily broke down and it didn't stop them from finding something else to do. I was so impressed! It took a week to complete my yard, and I was almost emotional seeing the finished product. It was everything we wanted and more! Our yard came out absolutely beautiful! And all my worries were completely gone! From start to finish, from the moment Ryan reached out gathering information about our yard and our concerns, to him diligently listening to everything we hoped for, to watching it happen with hard work and utmost respect for my home the process and the outcome was truly the best! I could not be happier with the process and the results! My only regret was I had was, I wish I had them also built my pool also! I had no idea at the time they built pools and knowing I could have saved myself a lot of time and work to have them do it all would have been more ideal for our situation! I will conclude by saying with full confidence that any future landscape or outdoor design and build that I have I will only reach out to Green Impressions. The mental ease of knowing you're getting what you want with the highest quality is like nothing else. You not only get a perfect outcome but a perfect experience as well, and that's worth every dollar!

We can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team! From the first meeting thru the design details and to the actual installation of our front yard landscaping, everything was great! We are in a new home and the addition of the front beds just made the house come together. Mike who oversaw the installation really brought a sense of pride and knowledge to the design. The crew showed a lot of pride in what they were doing and it shows. We’re putting a pool in next spring and can’t wait to have Green Impressions Team back to bring to life our dream for the backyard!

Joe helped to design a patio and outdoor kitchen with a grill and pizza oven turning a backyard into a great outdoor space to host family and friends! He used Unilock pavers, sandstone walls and limestone counter tops.

Having been a long time customer since the time we moved in our new home, utilizing their spring time clean up and lawn maintenance program, we had need of a specialized solution for our pool area and were limited on our budget.. Mike from Green Impressions helped us through the Project formation and costing - and were not put off by our cost limits.
