We hired Brennan in 2014 to rethink our backyard, which had been a water-starved lawn, 1000+ feet of flagstone (which had grown more and more uneven over time) and an unused tanbark area. We had already started working on our house (a new fence, new house siding etc) with Dencity, and Brennan fit himself into the project to design a new, innovative backyard that worked well with those designs. A few things Brennan does exceptionally well: - He thinks big and small. The first time I met him, he pointed to a side area and said, "I see ferns, like dozens and dozens of ferns there." But he's also great at details, which are needed to make a project shine - He handled change in our plans (moving from a deck and concrete pavers to one large deck) easily. When we made this decision, he changed the plans and resubmitted them to the town for our permits - He worked with our town to get permits, which included some back-and-forth We're very happy with the final result. Brennan is awesome. Highly recommended!
