Beth is an amazing landscape designer and we feel so fortunate to have worked with her on our front & back yards. Our property is quite large, steeply graded and was badly dated and barely useable. Beth designed a spectacular space that is not only beautiful but makes full use of the property and is also low maintenance. From the hardscaping (concrete retaining walls, concrete steps, shed, and dining arbor) to the plants (grasses, palms, ollies, etc.) to the elements (fire pit, lounge chairs, blankets & vases) there was no detail that went unnoticed or unplanned. Beth is wonderful to work with (she checks in often, makes frequent site visits, acts as a go-between with the landscaping crew, responds to emails quickly, and is gracious and respectful) and the landscaping crew that she works with was equally fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or experience.

We are working with beth and could not be more pleased. She listens. She has an eye. She's exceptionally talented. Her build partner is awesome and has an amazing crew. After having a pretty crummy experience with a designer a few years ago, it is nice to be working with someone who you really trust! We're so excited for our yard.

Beth is simply amazing! She is passionate, professional, deeply knowledgable and cares deeply about her craft and brings that ethos to every project that she takes on. She is an excellent designer and project manager and a joy to collaborate with. It’s astounding to reflect on and look at pictures of what our space looked like before Beth entered the scene. She has an exquisite eye for detail and possesses that rare blend of being a creative artist who is able to combine aesthetics, function and minimalism in the most BEAUTIFUL way. She also partners with other high quality artists and nature lovers to bring her designs to life. She brought a simple but meaningful vision that I had for our garden to life in a way that far surpassed our expectations. As a focal point, we wanted a large circular seated bench (seats 15 people) to serve as a communal gathering space (think modern day camp fire) and to create memories in community with all of the special people in our life. The front of our house also needed a facelift. Our project was completed in time for Diwali of last year and we hosted a large gathering that resulted in a magical evening in the most serene setting. Since that night, we continue to spend more and more time outside enjoying the garden, S’mores by the fire pit, meals with friends and family, and creating meaningful memories that will last a lifetime. It has become the sanctuary of our home. Her design of our garden beds is a gift that keeps on giving. We have planted so many delicious vegetables, salad greens, teas and flowers and as a family (we have 2 young kids) we have started to harvest from our own garden and cook together. It’s impacted our diet in a positive way and is deepening our relationship with nature. She is simply the best and I really miss working with her since our project has concluded. Growsgreen took my tired unappealing backyard and completely transformed it into an oasis – a drought tolerant oasis! It was very important to me that it be low maintenance & eco-friendly, and Beth was more than happy to work with me in this regard. I felt that she really made an effort to understand how my family used the yard, and what I wanted for the space specifically. She then worked closely with me during the design process, listening to all of my feedback easily & responsively. Two years later, the garden has grown in & the plants are thriving. I honestly do not think that I could be any happier with my experience working with Beth. She's a dream to collaborate with, her ideas for transforming a space are second to none, and she works with rockstar contractors. My yard was ok to begin with and now it's like my own personal oasis. Beth managed to create so many unique spaces in the yard. I can now entertain groups of all sizes or just enjoy a glass of wine by the fire by myself. The yard has become like an additional room to the house (arguably the best one!). Even her finishing touches were spot on. I absolutely love my space and would not hesitate to recommend Beth to anyone looking to reinvent their yard.

We could not be happier with the work that Beth has done for us. Our backyard was a tired old diamond in the rough that needed a complete overhaul including multiple retaining walls, a dog play area and a plant palate that not only suited our aesthetic, but required little maintenance. Beth developed a proposal that addressed all of our issues in a cohesive and beautiful design, and provided us with excellent direction during the construction phase. Beth was a joy to work with! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her design skills and attention to detail are amazing! I love her mix of modern hardscaping with natural planting. 4 years on I love the way my garden has matured and changed. Being a fashion designer I am hard to please and Beth exceeded my expectations.

Working with Beth is the best thing we have done to improve our home since buying it in 2011. She transformed our front, back, and side yards into beautiful and functional spaces that I never could have dreamed of on my own. We have a small front yard with a slope and about 12 stairs leading up to the front door--where previously there was a mish mash of plantings, she created a grassy hill and planted olive trees so that now it looks lush, beautiful, much more spacious, and it provides privacy and lovely views from our living room windows. Our back yard previously lacked a focal point, lacked interest, and had an ugly deck. Beth designed a beautiful space with an inviting, highly functional deck, which completely has transformed how we use our yard. We have a covered sand box built into the deck, storage for toys inside the benches, and a new sense of openness and flow from our back and side-doors (and ingeniously improved access to our basement). Now we love to eat outside on the built-in ipe table (which previously was an area of clutter). With the use of planters, we now have a blueberry patch, strawberry patch, blackberry patch, and veggies and herbs that the kids love to forage. Beth has created beauty and cohesiveness in our yard, and it perfectly reflects all that I could have hoped for but was unable to articulate. She also was very patient, responsive and involved in all stages of the design development (and as we saw the wonder of her work unfold, we kept adding on more projects we wanted her to help us with:). She is a true artist, exceptionally talented, and she brings her highest focus to making one's home a sanctuary reflective of one's idealized space. Thank you, Beth! Look no further for a landscape designer! Beth transformed our sad backyard from cracked concrete to an urban, family-friendly, relaxing oasis. I could not be happier with our garden three years later. The plant selections are perfect for our part-shaded, part-sunny yard. They have grown in well and stayed healthy, which is a tribute to the quality of installation and plants as well as the plant selections. Our backyard is now my favorite room in the house. She also works with top-notch hardscapers and recommended someone who sewed absolutely perfect outdoor cushions for the ipe storage bench she designed.
