In April of this year, I had the extreme good luck and great pleasure of engaging Stephen (Sensitive Information Hidden) and his team of professionals from Houston Landscape Design to assist me in upgrading and revitalizing the gardens at my residence. His team is considerate, knowledgeable and very dedicated to doing a great job. To put it mildly, my home gardens look like "Disneyland"! I couldn't be any happier or more pleased with the results. Stephen transformed a messy existing flower bed into an immaculate patio seating area in our backyard. Stephen is incredibly professional and easy to work with - he assessed the scope of work, listened to our ideas, provided feedback and ran with the project start to finish. great prices, work is done fast, and Stephen has an eye for design. We demo'd a lot of old structures in the yard, put in gravel and stone patio, new grass, and more and he and his crew had it done in a matter of days.

Stephen did a great job analyzing the drainage needs for my project, designing the layout, organizing the labor and completing the work. The difference is night and day. In Jan 2021 my husband and I hired Stephen Hale, of Houston Landscape Design, to completely revamp our front flowerbeds. After many years of designing, preparing and planting my own flowerbeds I was physically unable to enjoy doing so. Finding a landscaper who was honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced and shared my vision was not as easy as I thought it would be. Mr. Hale was recommended on Nextdoor Neighbor. Upon meeting and speaking with him I decided to hire him. We discussed what to keep, replace, color preferences and perennials vs annuals. He and his worker diligently created our vision. As those who live in Houston know February is the month to get our spring trimming and planting prep done. Unbeknownst to us Mother Nature had other plans. The devastating freeze of Feb 2021. We were not prepared and neither was the freshly planted garden. Mr. Hale went above and beyond to help save the garden. Our new babies, and that's how he treated them, were in danger. It took hard work and constant vigilance, on his part, to save whatever he could. The attached pictures are his creation and my joy. Without his commitment we could never have achieved our beautiful garden. Butterflies, bees and such are a sight to behold. Just waiting on hummingbirds! This spring/early summer 2022 we decided to tackle the backyard. Once the unbearable heat wave is over I'm sure it will grow and fill in as anticipated. I plan on posting pictures of this project soon. I would highly recommend Mr. Hale of Houston Landscape Design. His commitment, hard work, vision and ability to listen to what you want is invaluable. Plus he is a genuinely nice guy!

The service provided was great. On time to do the work, good suggestions on how the front and back yards could be enhanced. A month later after a little more ferterlizer, the front yard was beatiful. I was well pleased.
