Hired for fairly extensive deck and paver patio installation. Had a bad experience and would not recommend. 2 week (their estimate, not mine) project took 10 weeks. They hired a deck subcontractor that did very shoddy work (while also dragging the job out for weeks) that had to be redone by another group, and then Jane Dilworth admitted they have had bad experiences with this decker in the past (but still hired for us for some reason). They seem to really struggle taking ownership of problems until weeks in when it was obvious this wasn’t going well. Always someone else to blame. Poor communication throughout the project. Nonresponsive owner once we needed/wanted to address issues. Felt like our $25-50k project was not a priority. Not sure if this is small for them. I will say the finished (or re-finished once shoddy work was redone) looks good, but could not recommend signing up for this process or customer experience.

I hired this company because they say they install Beautiful Gardens. My Experience is Not the Case. Nothing Special! Basic plants you could get at Home Depot..On day of install missing plants. Very slow & Messy workers. Sent a young guy over with last of the plants & definitely did not plant correctly. Upon inspection of the dead Caryopteris it is not placed in the ground but above it with mulch mounded up. Others are under rocks where they should be above the rock. He had no Idea. Too bad the designer Alison could not show up that day to make sure it was done correctly. Don’t look for them to take any ownership of the problem. It will be your fault! Plants Installed in June & Died by July.

Alison and the entire crew from Jane Dilworth are amazing! Alison worked with us to design the perfect paver walkway to our mudroom door. She is really knowledgeable and designed exactly the walkway we had envisioned. The crew were all very professional and the job was done quickly. The reliability and quality work are worth every penny!

I highly recommend Jane Dilworth and Assoc. for the exquisite job they did on my landscaping and stone patio. From the beginning planning stages to the final plantings and clean up, Britny and her crew were extremely professional, friendly, highly skilled, consistently reliable and hard working. They did what they said they would do -on time and with great attention to detail, in spite of the weather. They were also very patient and flexible and went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied. The plants and trees were very good quality. The finished product is absolutely beautiful, I am so happy with my new little paradise.

From start to finish Jane Dilworth and Associates were outstanding. Britny was my designer. We redid the front and back yards on our new "downsized" house and installed a patio with a firepit. Britny's design was creative and she found ways for us to save money without comprising the look and feel we wanted. Britny was a delight to work with, followed up on everything and was always present on sight to guide the workers. The workers were polite, respectful, neat, detail oriented and did a high quality job...really amazing craftsmen. Our backyard is truly our happy place now.

Jane and her team were great to work with. They deliver the plan on time and on budget. We had our front patio re-designed and re-build by them They were also very good about their plant warranty as we had one plant that did not survive our harsh winter. They promptly replace with another one a year later. Sue Krone was fantastic. She was willing to take into consideration my ideas and modified some of the plan accordingly. Waiting to do our backyard revamp in 2018!
