We maintain our clients outdoor areas with the same attention to detail, and quality, while providing exceptional, professional service. Architectural services include feasibility studies, site planning, architectural and structural design of commercial and residential projects. Architectural forensics services include Property Condition Assessments, Property Condition Reports, Eminent Domain and Appropriations Consultation Services. We seek customers of any price range who appreciate quality, design and craftsmanship. Mark Koeninger and the KPS crew were professional, courteous, and thorough. The old cinderblock retaining wall between our two back lots had to be updated to support another backyard project. Mark worked with us on a design that would compliment the lot, helped us keep the costs in line, handled a last-minute redesign in a timely manner, and made our backyard jungle a beautiful garden addition.
