We finally decided to take on landscaping our acre+ near the Ko'olau mountains on Oahu after several years of having a "wild windward scape"! Brian, the owner of Lanaiscapes, was recommended by a good friend. He was amazing! His designs were creative, beautiful and on budget. To execute this project we needed several sub contractors and Brian's recommendations routinely came in at the best price and value. Brian stood by every step of the project overseeing the subs, the daily progress and happily updating the plans with our requests. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lanaiscapes!

I'm so glad I went with Brian after looking at several other design builders, architects and general contractors. Brian has such a creative eye for design, and his enthusiasm is infectious... it's impossible to not get excited about his ideas! My project is still underway, but has gone very smoothly so far and we are on track to finish by my 40th birthday... and under budget too! Looking forward to having a beautiful outdoor space to celebrate in style!

I am so happy I found Brian. Truly he has been a godsend! Initially I wanted only a water feature in the front. Brian toured our property and pointed out a few changes that would greatly enhance the look and functionality. I asked for a rendering and was sold. Over the course of 6 weeks, Brian and his team transformed the backyard to be both functional and magical. Hiring Brian was a top positive decision I made in 2020! Brian is both technical and artistic. The combination creates excellent results.

Needing a gift from Heaven, Lanaiscapes came through! We had a couple of landscape companies that did not follow through and we were at the end of the time that our landscaping needed to be established for other contractors to seal the tile work, etc. We were becoming desperate when Brian Cordero with Lanaiscapes was recommended. He did a marvelous job, found the perfect plants in the perfect sizes, and was able to do the project for the same amount. He was professional, personable, and talented. He has great taste and knows his plants, what will survive where and what needs done to make them not only live, but thrive. Kudos to Brian!!!

AH-MAZING! That is what everyone says when they see my backyard. What started as an overgrown, neglected patch of dirt has transformed in to 9,000 square feet of very useable space custom tailored to the lifestyle of my family. Brian was so fun to work with and knew just who to bring in for each part of the project and where to source the very best materials. Having a designer and project manager for my landscaping was invaluable and helped me achieve my project at a cost I was comfortable with. Brian is just absolutely the best and continues to check in with my and my landscaping as it grows. THANK YOU for all you did for us and continue to do!

Brian Cordero with LanaiScapes was recommended to my by my mason who thought he’d be a better fit for me in deciding cement colors and driveway design given my mid-century modern house. He was right. Brian has a passion for gardens and hard-scaping. My neighbors all remark on what a beautiful improvement my front garden is. Brian also helped me Lay out a more pleasing side garden pathway. He listened to what I wanted and guided me to the right applications. I trust him implicitly.

Wow - words really can't express how grateful I am to Brian Cordero and his team at Lanaiscapes. We hired Brian to do a massive outdoor transformation of our North Shore property (new in-ground swimming pool, lava rock driveway, tropical landscaping, addition of outdoor lanai and roof) and Brian excelled in every way - from the detailed planning he did to the hiring of experienced and professional staff to assist us throughout the way. Whenever we encountered any issue - whether a change in our plans, to a difficulty with a contractor - Brian was there to advocate and immediately resolve the issue to our liking. When you hire Brian, you're hiring an experienced contractor, but by the end of the project, you'll consider him your friend. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Brian again. He managed this project from beginning to end and his experience is exactly what you need for any size project.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Brian Cordero on transforming my yard and property in to something so beautiful, spectacular and amazing. He approached the project with excitement and was up for the challenge immediately. His professionalism, passion and vision blew my mind. Brian has years and years of experience and knowledge plus a real creative eye. He educated me on the local flora and fauna and what would or wouldn't work well in my yard with the different elements affecting it all. It was fun to watch him work and see his magic come to life. My property was in desperate need of attention and Brian Cordero was the right person for the job.

Brian redesigned my garden into a beautiful oasis, where I can enjoy every moment of being outside. He listened to my wish list, my likes and dislikes, and worked with my budget to create areas to relax, to entertain and to play. I wanted a low maintenance garden that looked stunning with both blooms and tropical greenery that was stylish and functional. I did go over budget due to some choices I made and some extra labor costs, but the end result far exceeded my expectations.
