About Us

Sonoma County's Landscape Design & Build Solutions | 2X Best of Houzz!

We believe in being as kind to the earth as we are to our clients. With sustainable sensibilities, artistic aptitude and expert knowledge, we strive to create outdoor spaces that change the way the environment is experienced. Louise Leff has combined a lifelong love of the outdoors with her creative intuitions to design site sensitive gardens made to suit each individual client. Her formal education began at Merritt College, where she studied horticulture, and continued at the University of Oregon (Eugene, OR) and Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) where she studied landscape architecture. After receiving her degree in landscape architecture, Louise returned to Sonoma County to practice her talent for design on residential and public landscapes in Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties.

Commented: any trouble with tile cracking?I have seen that done, yes. There are many tile that can be used that will not crack.

Commented: wood?It is Con Heart Redwood, and the insides of the boards were burned to make them more rot and insect resistant.

Commented: How tall will these grow?The blue grass is Helictotrichon sempervirens and it grows 2'x2'. The other is Stipa arundinaceae and it gets to be 3'x3'.
