McCullough's Landscape & Nursery

I can't say enough about McCullough's Landscape & Nursery. They've done a landscape plan and execution of both our front yard (2015) and our back yard in 2017-2018 as well as built a new patio in the back. They are easy to work with, creative, dependable and just plain good people. The crew for the new patio was here almost everyday until the project was complete. We also use McCullough's for our landscape maintenance. They really are "gardeners" not a "maintenance crew." I have confidence they know what to do with every plant in my yard--when to prune, when to fertilize, etc. We could not be happier with their services.

We just had our patio done by McCullough's and we are extremely pleased with the results. All aspects of the project, from start to finish, exceeded our expectations. Nick was a delight to plan and design the patio with. The construction crew was meticulous. Not only do we love the design of the patio, the landscaping around it is just a beautiful. We hired the McCullough's 'Christmas Elves' team for the second year in a row to install a Christmas tree and outdoor decorations of garland swagging, wreaths, and planters at our home. They are so easy to work with and will accommodate any request! With Christmas decor some people are very particular or sentimental and Nick and his team have no problem creating the exact look we were going for! We were particularly impressed with their customer service: arriving promptly on time with great product, taking care and consideration to cover/remove shoes, laying down plastic and protective coverings, taking care not to leave until we were fully satisfied. We will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to everyone we know!

I highly recommend Mc Cullough Landscape and Nursery in New Albany Ohio for their innovative and creative design solutions, project management expertise, and their excellent work product. I am absolutely pleased with their great work. I plan to call on them again for all my future landscape needs. Here is why I recently contracted McCullough Landscape and Nursery to develop a landscape design for my back yard. I wanted a landscape design that would provide privacy from a busy road, be easy to maintain, cure a recurring drainage problem, complement my existing landscape and enhance the value of my home. In terms of the project , I met with landscape designer. We discussed my needs. He immediately got to work and proposed several design ideas. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the different types of trees and shrubs and planting that would grow in this area. They coordinated the removal of several large pine trees that were damaged in spring storm and several additional pine trees that were suffering the effects of a recurring drainage problem in my backyard. They dug a French drain, laid drainage tile and re-routed my irrigation system, to mitigate drainage problem. Thereafter, they planted over ten, 10 to 12 foot pine trees and numerous under story plantings, re-graded my back yard, re-defined the beds, mulched and laid sod. It looks great. In terms of the personnel, everyone was extremely professional knowledgeable and helpful. They were great to work with throughout the entire process. They explained the workflow and kept me informed of their progress and completed the work on time or ahead of schedule. Most notably, they were incredibly careful in everything they did -working around the existing trees and shrubs, large paver patio and an extensive wrap around porch. The result was fantastic transformation. My backyard looks great. I have received numerous compliments from my neighbors. Again I highly recommend McCullough Landscape and Nursery for all your landscape needs. I look forward to working with them again, developing landscape design on my new house in the spring. We have been working with Nick and McCullogh's for two years. We love France and specifically, french formal gardens but we also are too busy to take care of maintaining a garden. Nick understood what we wanted and built a beautiful, french, formal garden filled with perinnials that bloom in cascades throughout the summer. Even as we approach winter the garden still looks lovely. We also have Nick and his team take care of our gardens. How wonderful it is for us to come home and have everything taken care of. They take care of things we didn't even think of! We highly recommend McCullogh's for landscaping prjects large and small as well as taking care of your yard and gardens.
