Nattapon Landscape Design

My husband wanted a simple stone wall around our small front yard as well as improved curb appeal via additional plantings. Our front lawn now is breathtakingly beautiful. Everyone compliments it--six months after completion, the neighbors still tell us it looks wonderful. Even more telling: we live in a twin. Our neighbors have not upgraded their landscaping from the awful job by the builder. I truly see people stop in front of our house and point from theirs to ours. If I'm on the porch, they tell me they love our landscaping.

I needed help with visualizing gardens/shed/new patio/privacy landscaping and Nattapon came out and reviewed what I was looking for. He was great to work with and came up with some great solutions for me that I never would have come up with myself. He provided graphic renderings with with photos of the property so I could see exactly how things will look. Very happy with his service and would recommend him to others and will reach out to him again when need.

I was very pleased with Nat's work. He was very conscientious,, thoughtful and honest. I intend to engage him again fog a larger project.

Nattapon's design was wonderful, and fit very nicely with the overall landscape. His quote was very reasonable and his delivery was also spot on. We get compliments on the landscaping he put in, and we are planning to use him again in the near future.

I hired Nattapon to create a landscape design for my yard. It was a big project and when he first arrived he seemed knowledgeable and personable. I felt he was listening to what I wanted and he helped me identify existing plants and gave me some ideas on the spot on what I could do with the property. I love gardening but I just don't have the vision, so landscaping designing was all I wanted. We went inside to sign a contract and he told me he should have landscape designs within a week. This was 8/6/16. After about 2 weeks and a couple emails from me, I received the first design (on 8/18/16), the side of the house. He told me he is hoping to have the rear and front of the house done by the weekend (which would have been 8/20 or 8/21). As of today 08/29 I have not received any more digital pictures OR any responses to my emails and texts. I understand I could call, but at this point I don't think he'd answer the phone and really... is it my job to make sure I get what I paid for? I am well aware that I paid $250 for basic design plans, but I haven't even gotten those. I have received 1 digital picture of the side yard, that's 1 out of 3. I was still supposed to get basic planting plan and material list once I approve his design (you can ask for a change once after seeing his picture). I would not recommend hiring Nattapon for landscaping designs. Maybe my project wasn't worth his time and he realized that after he got the money. Updated my review to 2 stars 9/9/16 - I received digital pictures of what it could look like but at this point I'm cutting my loses. Don't want to really have to wait another month to finish up. I already went to a local nursery and drew up plans with them instead.

From our first contact, I knew that Nattapon was the right person for the job. I had a general sense of what I wanted, but Nattapon really helped to give shape to it. I am so happy with the final result! My front yard looks beautiful. Nattapon worked quickly and professionally; he is affordable and he went above and beyond, even transplanting some of my shrubs (a happy surprise, as it wasn't even a part of our contract - I'd only mentioned that I would do it later, but he took care of it at no extra cost!). Highly recommend Nattapon's services.

I contacted Nat for recommendations on creating an English-style garden, one full of three seasonal color and low maintenance. Upon his arrival, he took pictures and sketched himself a rough layout to use as the basis for his quote. He was spot on in interpreting my wishes. His quote was very detailed in listing which species of plants he would be using, what their maintenance would be, his costs involved, etc. On the actual day of work, he worked solo, arrived on time and got busy planting the new, while dividing existing plants to create a balanced symmetry. He went above and beyond with my last minute requests and all with a smile. He was very thorough in cleaning up after himself. I found Nat to be very polite, accommodating, hard working, timely and efficient. Without hesitation, I asked him back to seasonally maintain the gardens.

We received a detailed & accurate estimate for our front garden. Nattapon's design was exactly what we were hoping for & was easy to visualize because of his realistic digital design. The semi-circular stone wall around our existing garden was beautifully reworked into a much improved organic shape, which was an "extra" we weren't expecting! He even made some balanced rock sculptures out of river rocks we had laying around. They really added to the design! He also worked quickly, completing the job in a day and a half. We will definitely use this company again.

He listened to what I wanted. He made recommendations. we agreed on the plan he carried it out. All at a fair price. My yard looks wonderful. I will have him do more.

Nat was very professional, provided me with a 'digital' representation of what the finished product would look like before giving me an estimate. His resolution to a problem area in my back yard is beautiful as is the rest of the landscaping he designed. He was punctual and very responsive when I had questions a few days after the job was completed. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Of six landscaping contractors that I called, Nattapon was one of only two to provide an estimate, and he was the only one to provide a detailed labor and material breakdown in his estimate, as well as photos of my house modified to show what the final design would look like. The estimate came quickly, and was much less expensive than the other estimate. I hired him to tear out two old planting beds in the front of my house, build natural stacked stone walls around the beds and plant new shrubs and flowers. Additionally, I had him grade certain parts to prevent moisture buildup in my crawl space, and add weed fabric to the beds. I ended up modifying the chosen shrubs a few times, even after the estimate, but that was not a problem for him. Not only did he show up at the appointed time, but he worked quickly and quietly. He ended up with a little extra stone, so he created a border around one of my trees at no extra cost. He also had extra mulch, so not only did he spread the mulch through my property and plants, he de-weeded the planting bed on the rear of my house and mulched that area as well, again at no charge. What else can I say? He was inexpensive, easy to work with, reliable, creative, and goes the extra mile. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I initially asked Nattapon for an estimate to remove four huge, old yew bushes and a small hedge from the front of our old twin and to then turn the soil so I could re-plant. Nattapon did the work so quickly and easily (in half a day) and for such a reasonable price that I asked him what he would recommend planting and how much he might charge for doing so. I like to garden and know plants, so we worked together to pick things, and Nattapon even ordered some for me, since his vendor didn't have them. Again, Nattapon's price was reasonable, and his work was swift. Moreover, his plants were big and healthy, and he artfully placed them. I added some zinnias to fill in while the perennials grow--but I was delighted with my lush, Engishy garden look and garnered compliments all season long. I'm very happy with Nattapon's work and have recommended him to two people already.
