From the first time meeting Dan, we figured that he would be a great person to do the job. The reason we heard about his company, was from Accurate basement. Shortly after talking with him and meeting with him, we then knew we should have found someone else. I just want to say in the shortest way possible, that he is completely unreliable, a terrible communicator, and also sent out threats to us that we would have to pay him(even though the work was not done). He was so insistent on getting paid in the middle of the project( we have always known that once a job is COMPLETE, you pay at the end) Not sure what he needed the money for in such a hurry, but definitely alarming. The job was NOT done in a timely matter( he had his people show up whenever they could fit it in) and he did not do most of the work. He had 2 other people do the work( Marco and Nicole). After seeing the job that they did, it is clear to us that they need his help doing the project. The project is still not finished, as the drainage system put on the south side of the house to clear water from pooling into the basement. There is an uneven mound where it was supposed to be even, so my lawnmower hits the top of the mound and has torn up chunks of the weed barrier and rocks uprooted from it as well. WAY more soil was needed for the whole project. (10 more yards or more) RUN RUN RUN and take your money somewhere else!! Over charged as well!

We are very pleased with the Novotny Landscape. Their design for our home has been awesome. Our foundation plantings were planned to take advantage of our Wisonsin climate with a nice variety of colors and textures which are welcoming with each changing season. A beauty of a tree was added to our front yard, which not only gives us shade and privacy to a large window, but has also added much interest to a rather lack luster front entrance. The addition of landscape lighting really brought our yard and home together to highlight and bring out its best features. We couldn't be happier with Novotny Landscaping's professionalism, design capabilities, attention to detail and their reasonable pricing. I contracted Novotny Landscaping to create the concept and perform the work on the "Gas Firepit WaterWall Chilton Stone" project. We started with an unusable backyard and ended up with a masterpiece of an oasis. He was extremely helpful and influential on the design of the project and worked very hard with me to keep within my budget. Throughout the construction he was very informative of the project and easily made changes that I requested. His construction team was very professional, courteous and mindful of the surroundings and my family. I am extremely impressed with the final project and never dreamed I could have a paradise such as I now have! It has transformed my home and made my family extremely happy.

I recently have had the opportunity to collaborate on a professional level with the owner of Novotny Landscaping LLC and have had nothing but great experiences.
