I know companies usually only hear the complaints, so I wanted to share a great experience. Josh Martie from O’Hara came out and resolved three issues we’ve been dealing with for nearly a year, billing, quality, and a missed service area. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to really listen and address everything thoroughly. It made a huge difference. As long as I’m President of the HOA, we’ll continue using O’Hara and I’ll gladly recommend them. With the turnover we’ve experienced in the past, I can honestly say, don’t lose this guy.

I could not be more pleased with O’Hara. They do an outstanding job on my year, and their customer service is top-notch. I recently had an issue concerning my service. The account manager was prompt, courteous, and quickly resolved the issue. He went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend O’Hara if you are looking for a professional, customer-centered company to care for your yard and landscaping needs.

Daimian Bowen met with my wife and me to discuss our turf and plant maintenance at our home in Bluffton, SC. This is the first time we met as we just started recently with O'Hara Outdoors. Daimian told us about his background and then explained the services that O'Hara provides. We had a lot of questions regarding turf and plant care and our irrigation system. He is very knowledgeable and answered our questions in detail. He made some suggestions for enhancing our plantings. We look forward to working with Daimain.

O’Hara Outdoors is by far the best landscaper in St. Louis we’ve found. I can’t even begin to explain how impressed we are with their lawn care. We’ve been using them to service our irrigation system for several years and their guy Josh has always been helpful. He told me they are known for their landscaping maintenance, but offer other services like hardscaping and outdoor lighting as well. So we tried their mowing service and the yard looks great! They do a fantastic job cleaning up after. Probably going to have them build us a retaining wall this spring.

I have had O'Hara for lawn services for about 5 months now. They are by far the most professional, polite & responsive company I have had for lawn services. They do regular fertilization, mowing, trimming & weeding at my house. My grass was a disaster before they started doing treatments this past Spring and now (despite the heat) I have green grass coming in! The mow crews are polite and professional. They make sure to blow the grass off my patio, sidewalks & porch. They are also mindful to latch my gate so that my dogs are safe! I appreciate the time and pride they put in to their work! The fertilization crew always knocks on the door and let's me know what services they have completed and explain everything so I know what was has been done. I appreciate their extra time and effort. Always extremely polite. I would recommend.

Fair mowing service..Leaf removal service is highway robbery. They overcharge and when called on it they had no willingness to make it right. Buyer beware.
