This was the best experience we ever had with a contractor.....they did what they said they'd do...they did excellent work, showed up on time, worked hard, were respectful of certain requirements, and constantly checked to make certain we were pleased and that the entire team was on track to a timely finish. We now enjoy our yard even more than before and count our blessings that we selected this team. About the process....We had some basic ideas but needed guidance to put it all together. Tom, Alison, and team were ideal for us. They listened, offered ideas, modified based upon additional listening sessions (including during the project itself), and still finished the project in the estimated time frame. Tom and his team did an excellent job designing and building our yard on a difficult sloping lot in the Cliff Drive neighborhood. He gave a detailed estimate upfront and stayed exactly within the cost estimate. Tom researched and sourced beautiful Montana sandstone slabs for our stairs and placed gorgeous boulders with purple and grey hues throughout the property. Tom masterfully placed the boulders to create natural bird baths, bench seats with protection for our hot tub slippers and towels, and an intimate sense of privacy. He designed natural planted beds for our garden and listened and delivered on our preferred plantings and trees. We are beyond pleased with their work and the results speak for themselves. Every neighbor and visitor to our street looks with admiration and awe at Tom's professional and artistic work. Thank you so much Tom!
