About Us

NOW RETIRED AND NOT TAKING ON MORE WORK. Garden Design and Consultation business in Northern California. For more than twenty five years I have been helping homeowners design their gardens. I specialize in rose and flowering perennial gardens but have designed drought, low maintenance, vegetable, herb and California native gardens using Permaculture practices. I feel a garden should reflect the owner's taste and interests and should bring joy to their lives. I own a 68 acre farm in the beautiful Capay Valley. Our farm is a California Certified Organic Farm which grows feed crops and almonds.

Pam was absolutely perfect for this project. Her rates are very reasonable. She listened incredibly well to what both my husband and I wanted. She melded her ideas with our ideas and created a plan that will give maximum impact with relatively low maintenance, ultimately enhancing our home's spiritual and financial value.

I have worked closely with Pam for nearly 13 years on 2 properties - the first was a blank canvas and I needed a designer that could help interpret an English style in California - the result was beautiful. Commented: Do Bees like lilacs?Yes bees like lilacs and you will too! Honey bees are not aggressive. Yellow jackets are not attracted to lilacs and are more interested in our picnic items.
