They have installed hardscaping in the front of the house to beautify newly planted trees, installed a paver patio with firepit, and even re-landscaped a portion of our yard and installed stone stairs. The work has been done on time, within cost, and with zero hassle. They clean up following the job incredibly well and their work is absolutely top notch. We hired Paragon Landscaping Management to install a brick paver patio, transplant existing shrubs, recommend and install shrubs for the front yard bed, a slope in the rear of our property, screening for our backyard, as well as rework gutter drainage. Paragon has done an amazing job with our lawn, shrubs and maintenance. We used to do hours of work each Saturday morning to clean us and care for our lawn and garden areas. My husband takes a great deal of pride in the appearance of our lawn in particular and for the past 10-years he would not agree to hire an outside company to help out. This year he finally agreed to hand off the reigns to Paragon and has been very pleased with their work, professionalism and reliability.

Jonathan and his team have been exceptional to work with. We purchased a new home in 2019 with a backyard hill that unfortunately wasn’t landscaped to the quality we would expect for what the builder’s landscaper should handle appropriately (horrible issue with weeds that were not treated appropriately when remove originally). In any case, Paragon to the task. They installed the trees and bushes as desired, made improvements to previously installed irrigation lines, and have also assisted in helping with our irrigation efforts since the project. They not only were prompt, but honest and kind to work with. You cannot go wrong with the service you receive from Paragon.

I worked with Paragon through a neighbor's referral and random web search. We wanted to come up with a landscape design that solved an inability to enjoy the back yard due to our large oak tree's block of sunlight. Jason was our landscape designer and project manager. Right from the beginning, Jason was very accommodating to meet with me on-site to develop a plan that included a totally failed grass experiment which rendered our backyard useless and wasted gross sf for the property. After working with Paragon we have transformed our wasted backyard into a fully functional, classy and relaxing backyard oasis that includes a paved patio with fireplace, artificial turf, river rock, and heavy landscaping. The design, construction, communication and overall service was first class. I even referred two other neighbors we know to them whom have since used and also raved. Paragon did a great job designing, constructing and planting bushes in our yard They resolved drainage issues for all five gutter can effluent discharges including three to s creek and two to underground gravity fed rock basins They added numerous plants, replaced and removed old bushes and built two small stone patios They were on time, stood behind their work and flexible when we asked for a few more items and resolved an issue requiring additional stump grinding They designed everything and selected landscape bushes for us

Paragon did an outstanding job on our patio re-model, outdoor fireplace and landscaping addition. Jason Birch was our main point of contact and he was attentive to all our questions and needs. I can't say enough about Jason's professionalism and knowledge. They truly take a "customer first" approach and made our concept a reality. The craftsmanship was exceptional and felt they were a good balance between cost and quality. They fell into the middle of the road on price but would not hesitate to use them for my next project. Jason handled all questions and follow-ups in a timely manner and will stand behind their work. During the clean-up of the project the stainless steel built-in kitchen cabinets were damaged by the chemicals. Jason stepped up and took responsibility and replaced them no questions asked. I wish all home projects good go as well as this one.

Paragon did a great job for filling exactly what my husband and were looking for. We wanted to add two boulder walls, a fire pit, rocks around down sides of large trees and flower beds, plus fixing drainage problems around side of house. All of which needed to look like it was there before the house was built. They did a great job. We will definitely go to them for any landscaping additions in the future.

We were very pleased with Paragon. The Paragon crew designed and built a backyard 1400sf patio with paving stones, and partially enclosed it with a 7.5foot tall brick wall. The new patio replaced a 23 year old deck. They added LED outside lighting and considerable landscape plants and an irrigation system. We had them back in the fall to add new landscaping to the front yard as well. We were very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic in completing the project. I've recommended them to others since.

We couldn't have been happier working with Paragon. They installed a brick paver patio and 25 trees in our backyard (privacy screen). Jason was always quick to respond, provided detailed quotes, and very patient in answering all my questions. They started and ended the project on time, the crews were very courteous and they took precautions to not damage our yard with the machinery. We hired Paragon to level out our back yard then install a retaining wall the entire width of the property. The job also entailed adding evergreens and shrubs for privacy, and grass. This job took several days. The crew came early in the morning and stayed each day until a logical stopping point was reached. They never gave a moment's worry as to whether they would be on time (they were) and do an excellent job. The job is superior. We have received tons of compliments that the property is now both beautiful and serene.

Paragon designed a patio with a seating wall to match our front porch as well as landscaping plans for most of our property. They installed the patio, wall, and a French drain. There work was excellent. All of their workers were polite and professional. We found their prices very reasonable. We are very pleased with the results.

Since I and my wife have to work, we let Jason and his teams do their work without our supervision. Whatever I have expected and thought of, they have delivered when I came home after work. They did an excellent job and we are so happy about it. Moreover, Jason is very good at reply my email, text message, and call, he made the project progress smoothly. Since they have good record, it kept me waited a couple month before they started my project. They progressed well once they started project. Good things take time, a last good result is well worth of a couple month waiting.

Paragon Landscape Management is by far one of the best companies to design and build the perfect outdoor living environment. After seeing one of their completed projects, I bypassed my normal process of 3 bids and selected Paragon to do my project. Although my project was not as extensive as others, Paragon provided guidance and shared their professional expertise to guide me through the Home Owner Assoc, developer and county impervious maze of restrictions. I seriously doubt, based on the obstacles and multiple re-designs, whether other companies could have completed the project in such a timely manner. The ease and quality of material selection, the craftsmanship of the workers, communications and professionalism confirmed they were absolutely the right choice. Overall, my wife and I love the finished product and look forward to many days, evening and nights entertaining and enjoying the Trex decking, hardscape, fire pit and surrounding landscaping. Paragon installed a landscape plan according to a plan I had previously developed. I thought they were the best of the three firms that bid on the project. The work included grading the front yard, replanting a maple tree from the front to the back yard, installing a variety of plants and bushes and extending an exisiting irrigation system to the new plants. They also relocated a number of plants that had been installed previously but were not thriving due to their location. The job lasted 3-4 days and their installers did a very nice job. There were a couple of unanticipated changes in the scope of the work and I think the additional pricing was fair. I dealt with Jason and found him to be very responsive to my questions and concerns. I would use them again.

We were very pleased with Paragon. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They listened to our wants and needs, and work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We had severe drainage issues in our back yard. Jonathan and his crew at Paragon installed a beautiful dry creek river bed for us as well as some amazing stone pavers to further relieve the mud issues. His crew was courteous and VERY hard working. Jonathan was also on-site to oversee the project. We were so happy with the service they provided that we now have contracted with them for weekly lawn maintenance. Our grass hasn't look this good in years! We wouldn't use anyone else!

I used Paragon Landscaping for a 3rd project this fall, and they did a fantastic job. When my home was built there wasn't enough fill left over to create a usable backyard. About 10 feet from the back of the house the land sloped down dramatically, so much so just cutting the lawn was a challenge as the mower wanted to slide sideways down the hill. I hired Paragon to build a retaining wall across almost the entire width of the yard, and the wall was as high as 10 feet or more in some areas. They then brought in many loads of dirt to fill the yard and raise it up almost level with the house. They also used the same block they built the wall with to make a border around my deck and solar panels to contain the blue stone gravel in each area. They were careful to compact each load of fill, and once complete they put down sod, created some flower beds, and then installed LED landscape lighting which lights up the entire back yard. I couldn't be happier with the job. They did a great job with everything else they've done for me, so I suppose I expected nothing less than perfection once again and they delivered. I will never use anyone other than Paragon for all of my future projects.

In addition to weekly mowing and maintenance of my lawn and shrubs, Paragon does great work maintaining my in-ground sprinkler system as well as special treatments to my lawn for certain diseases and pests. They also installed a drainage pipe in a low lying area of my lawn where water would stand for days after heavy rain. In all cases, Paragon did the work on time and budget and with professional and polite crews.

This is the second time we've used Paragon. We recently moved and after they did such an amazing job at our old home we asked them to quote and do work on our new home. We had a drainage situation corrected as well as landscape lighting installed. Jason is always extremely courteous, honest, and easy to communicate with as well. Paragon's crew is efficient, professional, and does amazing work. At this point, we trust Paragon with all of our needs and do not bother calling anyone else.

We hired Paragon for two separate projects at our house. The first was to help resolve a drainage problem in the backyard and add some landscaping around a newly installed porch. The second project was to update two beds in our front yard after we lost the tree that was the focal point. Jason and his team did a great job and we would hire them again. I particularly liked his plans for what plants to use - he has a good eye for what will look good and do well in whatever conditions you have. He also takes time to the whys and whatnots of the work to make sure you're comfortable and is very responsive, which unfortunately is a total differentiator in the space as most of these firms have horrible responsiveness. I don't suspect he's the cheapest, but the quality of the work is very good and we would hire him again.

I've used Paragon Landscape Management for a couple of years and am happy to recommend them to others. The company does comprehensive yard maintenance, installs sprinkler systems (and maintains it), has a landscape designer available and can install plants, and has contacts with arborists. I had them design and install a completely new landscape (ours was 20 years old and in bad shape). They did a good job installing it (including low-wattage lights and a drip system for the shrubs) and now they do a good job maintaining it. Every time they visit (once a week) they mow, blow off the front porch, walkways, driveway, and back deck. They also edge along the road, driveway and walkway. The yard looks great and they take care of my property.

Hired Paragon to redo landscaping front and back in Myers Park home. Turned out very nice. Crew was quick and efficient, and did a great job cleaning out all of the old mulch, putting in the new plants, and fixing our drainage/irrigation problems. In particular, they found an existing drainage system there were able to expand to meet the drainage needs, saving us a bunch of money vs the original estimate. We did the work in December, so I'm very much looking forward to the spring when the plants begin to flower. Would definitely recommend -- highly professional, good and prompt communication and promptly addressed some concerns I had after the completion of the project (they extended some drain lines a bit further so that they exited the property closer to the property line.)

Through a referral from a neighbor, we contacted Jason for ideas on how to transform our overgrown un-usable backyard. He listened to all of our concerns/wants and designed a simple, but beautiful yard incorporating a few existing features. The large detached deck that was built over the slope provides more usable space than we ever thought was possible. Paragon coordinated the entire project and was diligent about completing it within a short amount of time. They even worked past dark on the last day in order to finish the project. Afterwards, Jason continued to answer our questions and follow up with us. I highly recommend the Paragon team.

Paragon remodeled the landscaping in my front yard, providing an easy-to-read schematic. They build a small stone retaining wall and shrubs that I liked very much. The overall result was top notch.

Paragon is a highly professional company. My experiences with them have been excellent! They put together a professional diagram and detailed estimate for my backyard patio, added about 7500 sq feet of sod, and installed a 13 zone irrigation system. In addition they added drainage grates and pipes to eliminate a flooding problem we had. The patio started as red dirt and a concrete slab. The dimensions were roughly 18ft by 100 ft. They added planting beds and plant material, as well as a soft gravel walkway. Paragon did the work in August of 2013 and last summer (2014) the plants looked fabulous! We received many complements for friends. The sod established very well, we have a wonderful back yard of grass. The irrigation system addresses everything. The lawn, the circumference of the property where we planted additional landscaping, as well as individual spray nozzles for each of our 8 raised garden beds. The installation and end result was 1st rate! Paragon did everything they promised. I highly recommend Paragon for landscaping work!

Paragon Landscape Management was a referral from my neighbor. I called and spoke to Jonathan, and he acted like was interested in the project from the beginning, unlike a few others I contacted. He arrived when he said he would, took his time to answer all my questions and to ask a few of his own to make sure he understood the scope of what I was wanting done. While they weren't the least expensive on all facets of the project, their overall project costs were inline with the other bids. I chose Paragon because they were professional during the bidding process, were very knowledgeable of this type of project, and because I felt like Jonathan would be someone I could call at anytime with questions and he would take the time to answer. My gut was right. Once the project started, Jonathan was there at the beginning everyday to review the work from the previous day and to make sure his crew was started off on the right foot for the current day. His crews performed top quality craftsmanship. My wife and I are both very pleased with the final product and as such, have entered into an agreement with them to perform annual lawn maintenance. I would refer Paragon Landscape to family and friends.

I have had Paragon come out and do two landscaping jobs for me. The first was a large project to build the foundation and to place in new trees around a new pool and backyard area. The other project was do build up two new landscape areas, redo the landscaping in the front of my house and to take care of some drainage. Both times the Paragon crew worked diligently, asked for my opinion when facing decisions on how to place trees and plants and options to the drainage work being executed. The Paragon Team is very professional, prompt and neat in their work. Neat being, they leave no mess and actually brought in water trucks to clean the street I live on to remove any dirt left from their work. The work Paragon did for me was very extensive and the work they were not capable of doing recommended other professionals that deliver quality service. Yes, I will be hiring them again to extend the work already started.

Asked Paragon and two other companies to come up with a detailed design and proposal for landscaping my back yard, including a stone patio, fire pit, and stone wall, along with sod, planted beds, trees, aluminum fence, lighting, and sprinkler system. Worked with Jason on the design over a period of a couple weeks, and he came up with a great plan. Comparing Paragon's proposal to the other two, I liked there design the best, and, their pricing was similar to the other two. Best of all, they were able to start the project in 6 weeks (end of Oct), the other companies wouldn't be able to get to it until Jan or Feb. Project 1 was the patio, fire pit, and wall. This took about a week- Paragon's team did a great job- very high quality of workmanship, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. A couple weeks later, the landscaping team came in. They were done in about 4 days, again, very professional, and high workmanship standards. My wife and I have been extremely pleased with both the looks and quality of our new back yard! We were so happy with them, we've contracted the to provide ongoing maintenance for our property. I highly recommend Paragon Landscape Management.

Paragon Landscape Management installed a drainage system for our backyard and a number of privacy trees along our fence line. They arrived when promised, were extremely efficient and completed the work ahead of schedule. We were completely satisfied with their work, considered their price fair and would recommend them without hesitation.

We have used Paragon for many years now at multiple homes. The entire team is top notch. They most recently completed our front and back yards at our new home. Grading, irrigation, sod, landscape lighting, shrubs and trees... we even had a large dry creek bed installed to manage a water problem we had been having from our neighbor's yard. When we moved into our new home in Huntersville, NC our backyard was just dirt with a steep hill behind it. We enjoy entertaining and wanted to make the most of the space we had. Our Paragon designer, Jason, came out and talked to us about our needs and expectations and then came up with a plan that was just right for us. I loved that he broke the plan into detailed sections with prices for everything. We knew exactly what we would be getting and what it would cost. We decided to go with Paragon's complete plan including a deck, a patio with sitting wall, a spectacular water feature and of course beautiful plants, trees and lawn. It was great having only one contractor to oversee everything. Paragon handled every detail. They transformed our outdoor living space in a way I could not even have imagined. Our dirt hill became a stunning backdrop that all can enjoy from the beautiful deck and patio. Paragon's service is outstanding! They followed up on the landscaping, making sure everything was good. They also replaced the plants we lost due to a particularly bitter winter the first year. We decided to hire Paragon for weekly service for our lawn and all of our landscaping. They are reliable and efficient. They are always responsive when we have questions or concerns. I know they will keep the landscaping looking beautiful for years to come!

From help in making modifications to the original plan and then executing the plan, Paragon offered exceptional service. Even when I made requests on-the-fly, the requests were granted without delays unless the landscape project manager offered an alternative approach that was, in my opinion, superior to my own. For example, instead of following the rectangular design of the original patio, a curve was introduced that beautifully broke the monotony of the straight lines. Jason, the project manager, also suggested placing four boulders within the pea gravel area that added to the visual attraction of those areas. The contract was very specific: all work was line itemized to show labor and material costs. Additionally, when some of the plants died in mid-summer, replacements were brought in quickly and then transplanted. Paragon stands behind its work, which is top-notch. The work proceeded on schedule and within my budget. .I would not hesitate to recommend Paragon. Jason Birch, in particular, was a delight to work with and handled all the details of my plan with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

Jason, Marteen and the Paragon team planted 20 Nellie Stevens Hollies and Green Giant Arborvitae around our perimeter as well as some schip laurels to screen our AC units. The hollies already look fantastic . . . the arborvitaes will as well after a year or two of growth. They dug a continuous bed for the trees, when many others only quoted a bail of pine straw with each tree. They also put in a beautiful pergola over our existing patio. The work was completed over two days in early February, 2015. They were cost competitive and much more accommodating than many of the other landscapers we quoted. I have already referred them to several of our friends, and would highly recommend them.

We have worked with Jason Birch at Paragon on two occassions. He helped completely replant our front yard and back yard, which were planted well before we moved in, but had become overgrown. We removed all sod and plants, reshaped beds, installed new plants and installed new sod. Jason understood our goals quickly and was able to capture the style of landscape that fit us, our house and our historic neighborhood. Jason was always willing to work with us to change plans based upon our budget. He also understood that this was not our "forever" home and helped us to spend our money more efficiently as a result. He was very thoughtful of installation timing and our schedules. He is also incredibly responsive and professional. Paragon's pricing is competitive. They are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but I have learned my lesson in going with the cheapest. I will say, though, that Paragon is a tremendous value when comparing cost to results. I could not recommend Jason and Paragon more highly and intend to use them for all of our future landscaping needs.

Paragon has consistently delivered high quality lawn and yard care year after year, which is not easy to do. I have observed them HAND WEEDING a flower bed on more than one occasion. On the rare occasion when I have a request an email to Jonathan is all I need to do. This company understands what customer service means.
